Wide and firm to get under any pan-fried food and lift it without it sliding off like on flimsy spatulas. Comfortable grip and perfect length for the handle. Highly recommend.

The one issue: it is very flexible. Which is fine for most tasks while cooking. But if you are using it to break up or separate food in the pan while cooking it’s not as sturdy as other materials. But we wanted to switch to silicone for reported food safety. Size is fine. Heat resistance is not an issue. Overall a good spatula.
