This thing is super adjustable, so getting the right fit was a breeze (even for my wiggly, enthusiastic chunk of muscle and opinions). The no-pull feature? Legit. Depending on which ring you clip to, you can encourage loose-leash walking, or if your dog is trained to provide forward assistance, it handles that too without breaking a sweat (or your shoulder socket). The included patch set is awesome — we went with “Best Friend” and it’s not wrong. But you've got options for service, therapy, training, and other work modes, too. Feels durable, looks sharp, and gives my boy the structure and style he deserves. Badger’s never looked more official… or more smug. Highly recommend for any dog who's working, learning, or just wants to strut like he owns the sidewalk.

This harness is amazing quality with a nice reflective accent. There is a beautiful amount of support to Shark’s chest while still giving him room to move. The color was as advertised- no weird splotches or anything! The patches stick great onto the Velcro stretched on the back of the harness! You really do get what you pay for! This was definitely worth my money to support my and Shark’s journey. There is great control with this harness. My only complaint is the length of it. It does seem mildly small and short (I did extend it) but it’s just an eye bother for me. But everything else is absolutely lovely.

I have been using this vest for my service dog for about a week now. The vest I had before was more like a "cape" and I wanted something more harness like to attach the leash to. This vest/harness does just that. It has 4 buckles giving you different ways to put it on. I find it easiest to simply leave the front two buckles clipped and slip it over my dogs head and the buckle the rear. Sizing was pretty spot on and fits my dog comfortably and has plenty of adjustments. It seems to be well stitched together and I expect the harness itself to last me a good while. The patches stick very well to the velcro and have no issues coming off. However, I did rate this 4 starts instead of 5 because with only a week of use, the lettering on the patches has already begun to fade/peel off. While everything else seems to be high quality, it seems to lack in this department.

Including pictures so those of you with a long haired dog can see how it wears. This is an exceptional harness for the price. I have utilized several other harnesses through my dogs life and this is by far the easiest one to get off and on him. There are 4 buckles attaching the top and the bottom parts of the harness. After adjustment to fit, I leave the 2 front buckles cliped and slide it over his head then clip the two rear buckles in place. The buckles are big and easy to clip which is very good since I have joint issues and some equipment can be challenging. Phineas is a Shetland Sheepdog trained to pick up dropped objects, get my cane, shoes etc. He is 45 lbs and I got a medium harness that required little adjustment out of the box. I was worried about fit as shelties are a barrel chested breed and sometimes can be hard to fit into harnesses but pre-measured and it fits beautifully. The quality of the harness is phenomenal. I was actually quite surprised at how well sewn the thick and well crafted material is. The hardware is all solid and not a single thing about it feels flimsy. I was able to find some similarly sized patches in addition to the ones it came with to give myself a little more versatility for keeping some patches different places. The patches for the medium harness were Length 3.5 inch, width 1 inch. and multiple sellers have those on Amazon. I wish the main harness came with a few more but for the price I am satisfied. The top hand pull is excellent for when I need to gently direct him to back to position him a little more out of the way under a table or against a wall while we are working. My dog is very easy to handle so I don't use it to "restrain or control" him but if you had a dog that lunged it would certainly be great leverage. It would be useful on a taller breed if your dog were guiding you as well.

Size guide is accurate! I was skeptical, but I followed the advice of other reviewers and got a size S (normally my dog is solidly in the M category), and it fit perfectly! Well made, not at all flimsy, and it's well cushioned, so I know it's more comfortable than the one we previously had. Great choice!

Awesome. Looks and fits great

Better quality than the service harness I tried before this one. However, this doesn't fully stay sturdy on my service dog and blue heeler border collie mix despite the correct size. When it is on her with the leash attached to the back it slided to either side of her despite a secure attatchment to her body, so her leash has to be clipped to her collar. Other than that it is really good.

This is the second harness we have purchased for our dog. The first one had nothing wrong with it, we just wanted a fresh look for our dog. Him being a very large breed (St Bernard at 207lbs) we need a durable and strong harness and this surpasses our needs. It also has lots of adjustment and is a very comfortable fit for him. Highly recommend this product, especially if you have a very large breed dog. We purchased the XL.
