This set of bearings and accessories is an (almost) complete solution for worn or failed front wheel bearings on many garden tractors. In my case, the left wheel came off while I was mowing, and one of the two plastic sleeve bearings was lost. I could have replaced the plastic bearings, but this kit with its steel ball bearings appeared to be an upgrade at lower cost. The kit arrived quickly and was easy enough to install, although the bearings had to be pressed into the wheel hubs. I don't have a press, so I drove them in with a hammer and a 1/2" drive socket. On my tractor, the wheels are retained with cotter pins, one of which had sheared off and caused the wheel to depart the machine. Cotter pins are not included in this kit, so I purchased them separately at the local big box. Good product at an exceptional price.

Fit my husqvarna yth18542. Except the rubber caps, those were too small, but my old ones were fine so i just put them back on.

These are exact fit for the most popular ride on mowers and an upgrade to the bushings. The kit comes with double the number of washers you need in case there is slack in the tire you are using. It took me about an hour to replace both bushings with this kit and the kit contains everything needed to do the change replacing all the hardware. It also has the grease for the axle/spindle to make it easier to mount and prevent rust, as well as new plastic dust covers. You will need 6 tools to do the change. Hammer and rod/big screwdriver to knock out the existing bushings, 27mm or similar socket to hammer in the new bearings, another smaller flathead screwdriver to remove the retainer clip and needle nose pliers or similar to reinstall the retainer clip. Lastly, a jack to raise the front end of the mower.

I ordered these bearings yesterday and they got here today what a lifesaver and these things were easier to put on than tying my shoes excellent product I'd give this 10 Stars if I could I'll be recommending this to all my family and friends for $11 you can't go wrong amazing quality now I'm back to mowing my lawn thank you.

These worked perfectly ! I was skeptical at first, but once I figured the process of removing & replacing… the 2 set of bearings, washers & dust caps went on quickly. I was able to finding the yard right away.

Wow, I was impressed with how complete this kit was. I recently purchased a 20 year old Husqvarna YTH1848XP that I'm rebuilding. The bushings gave me some grief getting them out, but these bearings fit perfectly. They provided plenty of inner and outer shims to make them fit perfectly with no slop. It's a 2 minute job after getting the OEM bushings out. The bearings rolled very smooth, and look like they'll last a long time. Great value!
