I read that these aren't thick. They are plenty thick enough unless you plan to put several bricks in them! Anyone looking for some kind of heavy duty, household, 8gal trash bags ......... well, good luck. I have purchased many brands of 8 & 4 gallon trash bags and these are the best! I also read that they aren't wide enough. I have a 10", square can in my office and, although it's tight at the corners, it has never ripped and fits fine. Maybe a lot of people have large cans in their rooms, or maybe they think 8 gallons would fit a kitchen can?

To be perfectly honest, I thought these trash bags were going to be thin and cheap feeling, but I bought them anyway because I liked the colors. However, I was surprised to find that these bags are not only colorful, they're made really well! The material is thick and substantial and I've never had one break or tear. I'll will definitely be buying more when mine run out!

These colorful bags are fabulous and fun! Great for color-coding. Make sure you're getting the right size. I change every day. This is the second time I've purchased and have not experienced any leakage, breakage or tearing.

Oh, I could wax eloquent about trash bags... but these, honestly, have no flaws! They tear apart easily, no drawstrings (if you desire a drawstring, not for you) and are just the right size. No holes so far, either!Tip: can't get them open? Rub the appropriate end between your paws! They open easily...Let me explain. A paper bag has advantages, but isn't waterproof. PE is an excellent choice with regards to environmental decay, and the lack of odor is a significant positive! And the variety of colors is wonderful...

They are thicker then the ones you can buy in a regular store. Certainly better quality & thickness then the ones I have bought from Wally world a few times. I was worried that I was wasting my husbands money again. But I didn't. I recommend that if you just have to have some cheaper garbage bags for your bathroom waste bin, try these before you waste your money at the local stores.

These bags are great. I use them as small trash bags and when I clean my cat litter boxes.They work very well and are very tough. Highly recommended and the 4 gallon size is perfect for my needs.5/28/2018 - Update - this is my 3rd set of these bags and they are still working great and they are very tough and I use them for emptying my litter boxes. I also use them for small trash bags around the house. I highly recommend them if you need a small and tough trash bag.

Our city started collecting compostable food scraps separately and it wasn’t easy finding suitable sized plastic bags among the grocery bag pile to reuse for the kitchen scrap pail. I purchased the 4 gallon version and they fit the pail very well. A slightly smaller one would probably work well enough, but I would have to be more careful while tying them up as they get full. We also use them in the small trash bins in our bathrooms. No more reused bag hunting!The bags are bit on the thin side, but so far no leaks, good enough I suppose.

Yes, you haven't misread the title, I've bought these bags as an alternative to the expensive portable toilet bags. These seem more sturdy, they cost nothing and there were no water droplets after having been filled with water and hanged overnight on the bath's tap. I double the bag just in case and have never had a leak so far. Would recommend!

Good size for bathroom or office trash cans. I was able to use it to empty the litter box and it held up to that. Good buy!
