Thank you for contacting us. This is actual lotion to apply after toner. This is used after lotion after cleansing. This is less sticky than cream. It is also more milky than regular lotions. I recommend using it especially in the summer for good moisturizing. I use thicker, milky creams in winter. I love it because it moisturizes well in the summer. Thank you.
