Shun Premier Blonde Bread Knife, 9 inch, Silver

As other have said, it's a beautiful, well made knife. However, mine was not super sharp when I received it and I had to use my Brod & Taylor VG2 knife sharpener to get it there. Used it on rustic Italian bread, and it did a great job, no tears.

This is my 11th Shun, just can't beat their quality for the price.

I’m so glad I bought this. I’m impressed with its ability to cut through hard crusts easily without smashing delicate interiors. A pleasure to use.

As beautiful and well made as you would hope for at it’s price point. That is to say it’s fantastic!
