The product was professionally packed, it arrived on time, and the taste of the baklava was amazing! As an Arab who was accustomed to high quality Turkish/middle eastern delicacies back home, I have to say, the quality of the baklava here was superb (I ordered it from UK Amazon), and it reminded me of my memories back home. Fantastic baklava from Istanbul right to my doorstep in Norway in two days. Me and my family ate 2 kg baklava in 3 days. I will buy more of this great product because I can't get baklava where I live.

We've made 2 orders now (premium and classic pistachio). Both were fantastic. Almost as good as getting it directly in Istanbul. Our second order came during a snow storm and was held up by DHL at the distribution center. I was sent a free second order to ensure they arrived fresh as soon as the weather cleared. Amazing service.

We were in Istanbul for a vacation couple months ago and we visited one of HM1864 locations. That was a great experience, we really enjoyed the baklavas that they have. We came back to US and I found them in Amazon, wanted to give them a shot and placed an order. It came quickly and amazingly fresh, as well as greatly packaged. We ordered for a second time and it is the same consistency. I highly recommend HM1864 to anyone craving for top quality sweets.
