8x10 Assembly
Just finished assembling 8x10 unit. Unlike other units this unit is actually slightly bigger than 8 x10. We made a base 9 x 11 which worked out well. You definitely need a base. The base pictured used 2x6 PT for outer frame and 2x4 PT on 2 ft centers for cross member supports. Used 4x8x 7/16 OSB for the floor. Did a water seal on the OSB before assembling the shed since it isn’t PT. You definitely need a base if you aren’t assembling on concrete in order for all the holes to line up. Make sure the bottom frame of the shed is squared by measuring from diagonal corners to make sure equal distance. Secure the bottom shed frame to the base to keep it squared during assembly. The instructions were good and generally went together without significant issues. You’ll need to be careful attaching the top frame. The top frame on each side has a groove instead of individual holes so you’ll need to careful with the corners in order for roof panels to line up correctly. You may need to make adjustments in process. We managed to assemble the entire shed with only drilling two holes when attaching the final trim piece as the holes were off father than could be adjusted. Half the panels have a protective coating. After removing the film from one panel we chose to leave the rest covered as it took about 20 minutes to peel the film off the first panel. We’ll deal with the film a little at a time in the future. You can use an electric screw driver but it needs to have a torque adjustment. Some of the screws can strip if you aren’t careful but there about 450-500 screws which is more than we wanted to do by hand. We chose to apply dab of acrylic seal on each to the exposed roof panel screws as the included plastic washers didn’t cover some of the holes entirely due to alignment. It rained the day after we finished and the inside remained dry without leaks so the deal was a good choice. You definitely need two people for assembly of some of work. I recommend having a folding table to layout all the hardware to keep from having to continuously bend over to grab screws. Also recommend removing everything from the two boxes and laying them out to keep from having to continuously dig through the boxes to find the piece or pieces you are looking for. Actual assembly time with two people was about 13 hours over three days. Leveling the ground and assembling the base was about 4 hours. We had all the base lumber cut to size at Home Depot so we could start assembling as soon as we got home. You may question the the rigidity of the unit as you are assembling but once everything is completed the unit is pretty solid, more than I anticipated. Overall we are satisfied and felt the unit went together pretty easily.

Great outdoor storage for a great price!
This shed is good quality at a nice cost. It definitely looks on the cheaper side so if you’re looking for something more formal I would go in another direction. It’s serves its purpose for me. It is great for outdoor storage! It does not come with a floor so if you are using it for storage you will need to make a floor. The directions are definitely confusing and this is not a one man job. Three of us put the whole thing together in about 4 hours. Make sure you put it together in the order that the directions say. Do not try to take shortcuts, it will make the process much longer. Once it was up it was worth it! I’m very happy with the size and function and weather resistance.

Good storage shed for outdoor use
I bought this shed for extra outdoor storage and it works well. Assembly took some time but the instructions were clear. Once assembled, it feels sturdy and provides good space for tools and supplies. The door opens smoothly and it looks nice in the backyard. Overall, a good option for the price.

Pain to assemble, needs touch up work, decent quality shed
Alright so got a bit of ground to cover here. I’ll preface this by saying that if you’re assembling this and you don’t have much experience with assembly, the instructions are a nightmare. I consider myself pretty handy with tools. Overall, between building the platform and assembling the shed, I’d say give yourself about 10-12 hours to get this all done if you’re solo. After getting everything assembled just a couple days ago, I now have water dripping into my shed. All plastic washers were used that were needed, but the issue was that some holes were not lining up properly. I will be going over what I can reach with silicone to try and seal up any orifices, but this is already a red flag for me. There is plenty of storage capacity, which is a huge plus, but the materials are so thin and inexpensive that you cannot count on hanging anything off of it. If you do, use command strips and only hang very light things. Alternatively, make/purchase free-standing shelves. I originally bought this back in October of last year. I started assembly as soon as it arrived, but discovered it was missing crucial parts to finish the framing. Those took a couple weeks to receive, and by the time I could dedicate more time to the project, it began to snow/freeze. Putting together metal anything outside in freezing temperatures wasn’t my idea of a good time. Lastly, the doors don’t close properly. I’ve tried messing with the hinges, even tried bending framing in a way to account for the mis-alignment, but simply put, it’s just a hair too snug and about a 1/4 inch off, which is enough to allow me to shut the door without lifting the left side. There’s likely a better quality shed out there to purchase folks, but if you’re not worried about stuff taking on light rain, this will do the trick, I just don’t expect the platform to last long due to the fact that I can’t climb on the roof to seal all the seams and stop the water intrusion.

It will work with some homemade modifications
Why did you pick this product vs others?: Lower price Sturdiness: It's ok once it's put together but not during the assembly. It is very thin tin and the screws easily bore out the pilot holes. I had to screw through the tin and into little wood pieces I made to make sure the screw would tighten down because the thin tin pilot holes would easily strip out and not tighten. Waterproof: Have some caulk ready because it is not even close to being waterproof. There were tons of gaps in the tin when it was assembled. Leakage: It will leak if you don't caulk it. Looks: Looks pretty good, I was impressed. Labeling: Labeling was good on the pieces but the instructions booklet had some very confusing parts.

Buen producto, algo complicado el armado pero bien

El armado tiene que ser entre dos o mas personas forzosamente y las instrucciones no siempre son tan lineales Lego con varias piezas dañadas y mal empaque
