I enjoyed building this so much. I found it very therapeutic. I settled down most evenings once the kids were in bed to build while watching TV and I'm utterly hooked!This one was BIG compared to others (not scale wise but having more rooms etc) which made it fantastic value. The instructions I found really clear and once I got close to the end I really took a moment to appreciate the fact that someone (or a team of someones) have had to go to such great lengths to include tons of pictures to show every step, detailing every corner that gets glues etc plus written instructions too.The end result is absolutely beautiful, especially when it is lit up. I can't wait to do more of these kits!

A lot of very fiddly bits to do, but great if you like making small things! Very satisfying to achieve end result. Not suitable for young children. Only one small piece missing but improvised.

It would be a beautiful thing to complete, however, far to complicated for my old eye's and hands.When I ordered it I did not realise how difficult it would be.But thank you to the seller for the prompt response to my order.I'm passing it on to a charity shop.

This house is my most favourite that I have completed. The instructions are simple. They are laid out so you see all the items you need for each part made so you can get it all together before making it. Then do the same again for the next item. Everything was perfectly measured and the materials used superior. I’ve done 5 hours and have struggled to top this one. I wish all were like this.

This is for a gift so I haven’t built it but I opened it to check it’s all there and the piano is missing.

There is one real problem . The chandeliers on the bottom floor. No real instructions to stick them to the ceiling. I got round this by papering the ceiling trapping the wires under the paper. Need to make sure the wires are going to the back of the house. I also redesigned the main chandelier to make it easier

Some parts are extremely small and therefore takes some time to construct. Generally pleased with my item.
