Had only used the gel before and that could get messy when applying to back by yourself, But I have been using Bio freez for years and get great relief and have used other products that can't match the relief. I thought I'd give the roll on a try too. I would like to add one more thing I found out by accident and tell everyone I can,,,,I gardened this year and had a devil of a time with Jiggers....in desperation I used the roll on on the bottom of my legs and ankles....NO MORE JiGGERS!!! A couple members of my family have tried it and had the same response!

It worked! The roll-on is very convenient.

Pain relief but it’s only temporary

My husband has had 2 neck surgeries and needs a 3rd and biofreeze is always in his hands but not having the green coat on his neck is a welcome change to the product.
