Q: Do these work well on plastic hulls? Triumph boats/ropylene

Yes they will stick to any smooth clean surface. If the plastic has a slight texture to it be sure to press down firmly on the decal complete when installing and a little heat from a heat gun or a hairdryer will help the decal form to a textuered surface if its having any issues sticking.

Q: how long does it take to receive?

Production time is 1-2 days. Standard shipping is USPS First Class Mail which is 2-5 days typically. USPS has been having delays for over a year now so if you need it sooner I would recommend paying for Expedited Shipping which is USPS Priority Mail 1-4 days.
