Only 2 months and I see my hair growing back!
I got this oil on August 15, and I see a difference now on October 25. I do have PCOS so I wanted to give this enough time to see if it would work. I gave myself about two months to see if this would work and it did. Here’s what I think !! Consistency: it’s quite thick, I rec using it when you know you can let it soak into your scalp and hair so that you can wash it off later in the day. Smell: there’s a slight herby smell almost like olive oil but that’s to be expected, it didn’t bother me personally. Hair growth: I’ve had quite some thinning hair near my temples as well as the sides of my head. I started using this once a week for the first month and then increased to twice a week in the second month. It took two months to see some baby hairs growing and I’m super happy with the results! I no longer see just pure scalp when I come my hair back. 10/10!! Consistency is key

Great for Hair Growth and Moisture
I’ve been using this oil for a few weeks and I’m very happy with the results. My hair feels softer, stronger, and less dry. A small amount goes a long way, and I’ve noticed new growth around my edges. Highly recommended!

Great Product!
I think this product is excellent! It gave my hair a beautiful shine and I have dull bleached hair. After only two uses of this product my hair was shining like I had never dyed it. I want to be totally honest about this oil actually helping my hair grow, so I know this is probably going to be long, but I want to try to help anyone to the best of my ability. I have been using this oil for 3 nights. I put it in my hair at night and sleep on it. The bottle recommends putting it in your hair between washes, but it made my hair look oily when I done that, so I just put it in at night and I believe it is still doing the job. Now, about the actual growth part, I think it is helping my hair grow, and it definitely is helping my hair get healthier and I think that's key when trying to grow your hair out, is that you want long healthy hair, not long fried hair. Along with this product I have been doing the inversion method at night with this oil. The inversion method if you are not sure what it is, you can look it up on YouTube or Google, but basically all you do is flip your hair over and massage the scalp with oil of your choice for five minutes. I have also been taking hair, skin, and nail vitamins. I have taken these vitamins in the past and I know for a fact that they done wonders for my hair. I don't know if you are trying to grow your hair longer or if your looking at this product for some other reason, but all of the above methods have given me a little more than half of an inch in growth in just 5 days. I think that's pretty awesome, others may think it's not that great, but everyone's hair is different. Anyway, I hope this was helpful, and I hope you buy this product, because if anything I know for sure it will most definitely give life back to your hair! One other thing that I noticed on the other reviews on this product before I bought it, was about the smell. The smell does smell like a pine tree, but it's not that bad. When I wash my hair the smell comes right out. So don't freak out about the smell, it will be worth your while. I will be the first to say I don't like my hair to smell weird and my hair, once I wash it, does not smell like a pine tree. However, in some cases, because everybody's hair is different, some people's hair may smell still after washing, but the good news is, it really doesn't smell that bad. Well that's all and as I said before I hope you do buy this product, because it is great!

My Journey with this Oil
As of July 18th, 2015, I've been using this almost (I missed one or two days on purpose) daily to extend my natural (not straightened, not wet/dry) african american hair from shoulder length to waist or hip length. I've also been applying it to my eyebrows and once tested it on my eyelashes. I just recently started caring for my hair and embracing the fact that without damaging chemicals or hour long hair routines, my hair will never be straight, or as straight as I would like it to be. I've always wanted long, straight hair but didn't care for how high maintenance it was anymore. So I threw out the idea of my hair ever being straight and held on to the idea of it being long. I've been using this oil in pair with dissolving 10,000mcg biotin supplements (which I'll also be writing a review on). HairAnew has promised people fast results within weeks, but I saw that biotin was somewhat more effective because I read that for some buyers it helped reduce their hair loss drastically. For me, I haven't seen any (fast) improvements in my natural, curly hair (yet), but I'm sure if I straightened it I'd see a change in thickness and maybe length. Upon my first application, I didn't know how liquidy the oil actually was. The bottle had come in the mail a few days before it was expected to arrive and I'd smelled it to see what the fuss was about. It wasn't horrible, but it wasn't anything I'd want to compress into a candle either. So by my second and third application, I was already used to the smell. My first time putting it on I was in a rush and just kind of swirled the bottle around the top of my head, ran my fingers through my hair and thought I was good to go. I didn't actually feel anything on my scalp which made me a bit suspicious, but after removing my hands from my hair it took me quite a few squirts of soap to fully remove the oil from between my fingers and beneath my nails. At this point, my main concern was if anyone else was going to smell it, and/or if it was going to rub off anywhere. In the morning the smell was pretty prominent, but later on I couldn't really tell it was there unless my hair was shoved into my face (I was at a concert). A+, so far. My second application was the next night. After I washed my hair and put in my leave-in conditioner, I remembered just reading a bunch of other customers' reviews and copying what they did. I applied it to my roots, my ends, my middles, my comb, my hands, my hairline... And the aftermath was my bathroom smelling like the oil for a solid few hours. My hair was oily, and the way it stuck to my face wasn't what I imagined it to feel like. I pulled it into a ponytail to prevent my face from becoming a giant pimple in the middle of the night. Too much oil = not good. But I still continued to do it this way for a good while, until I realized my face was shiny and my pillow smelled like the oil. And I liked it. So I ended up reducing the amount I was using for the next week (and also following the parting application method recommended for my hair type on the bottle), but expertly twisting, braiding, and bun-ning my hair into complex hairstyles to keep my hair away from my face at night. Later on, I found out that my hair had started to straighten itself. My beautiful curls had flattened themselves out! If this had happened before I fell in love with my curly hair, I would've been happy, but the moment I tried wetting my hair with my spray bottle and my hair didn't start curling, I panicked. However, I couldn't go against my hair routine and wash it right then and there, so I ended up having to leave it up in buns for the rest of the week. When the time came to wash it, I was nervous and happy. Nervous to see what my hair was going to be like, and happy to get the oil out of my hair. The oil had somehow made my hair slightly easier to detangle, and the combination of the oil and the barely scented shampoo and conditioner I was using made my hair smell like strawberries in the shower. I was confused, and still am (but trying to figure out how I can do it again). When I stepped out, my curls felt thinner. They didn't feel as soft (but I later ran my hand through my DRY hair and it was pillow feathers soft), and stayed long without frizz for a while. Still, now, wetting my hair with my spray bottle like I've been doing to rejuvenate my curls in the morning doesn't work. My hair drips oil and probably smells horrible to everyone within a 5 foot radius of me. But I'm hoping this product eventually helps me reach my goal length. My only advice would to be follow the directions and apply once every three days (or something close to that) unless you desire oily hair! I'll be updating this (ridiculously long) review with pictures and milestones (if I have any) soon. My next update should be when I get my hair straightened or finished the bottle.

Helps with hair growth, psoriasis and itchiness.
I really love this product. I ordered the oil for hair growth and not only did it help with growing my hair. I have been struggling with psoriasis since I was a teenager and I realized that after using this oil daily, the plaques are gone completely, itchiness is gone completely and my scalp is much cleaner just from using this product. I was amazed because as I said I ordered it only for hair growth purpose yet it has so many other benefits to offer! You should get it for real. I am about to order my 4th bottle.

Unexplained mystery grease ?
This stuff is disgusting , let me tell you. Whenever I even MENTION it to my mom or sister , disgusted expressions emerge on their faces and say , "Don't use my shower cap !" and "OMG , that stuff is disgusting !" This stuff just really stinks. Period. It's like fish oil, but worse. The smell of it is just so nauseating, you can't leave it in for long without going crazy. It's gross. I can smell it on me everyplace I go , so I only put it on when I'm going to stay in the house all day for doing work or planting. It's like oily grease , equal to McDonald's frenchfries' grease ? Most likely. Truly , there aren't enough worst to show my distaste for this horrible , brain cell-killing formula. It's alarming of how people say it's "a little funky." GIRL , is it ever ! It's HORRIBLE, MIND-BOGGLING. Second, your gonna have to claw your scalp to get this off in the shower. Seriously , I was at it for twenty minutes scraping my head to get this oily , smelly grease out ! And it didn't stop there , I had to get a Clarifying shampoo at Walmart , Prell , if your wondering what brand. It works great , btw , I recommend it for washing out hair dye you don't like. This stuff gets the oily grease out , but STILL , this oil Lingers in my hair and I have to work hard to get it out in one shower ! GOD , this is not a miracle , but a crisis chicas. However , this stuff is nasty , but it seems to work nicely. I haven't used it steadily , but it adds a nice boost to my tarnished , over worked , over dyed hair. I'm working on growing it completely out after this last dye I'm about to do because my highlights are wack and I need to get rid of them ! Anywho , this is good , don't get the wrong message ; just I'm telling you , beware , for this stuff stinks to high heaven AND BACK ! But , if your desperate for new hair growth , like I was , then this is for you. Enjoy (; ONE last thing , since this stuff smells sooo bad , I recommend you use a shower cap on top of it while you have it in your hair ! This will decrease the smell , as the cap will cover it up while it sits in your hair before showering. If you don't wanna ruin a nice cap , do this : Take a plastic grocery bag and put it on your head. Take the little plastic bag handles to the back of your neck and do a simple tie. VIOLA , you have a free shower cap !

Great!
I've been using this for 2 weeks and I can say this helps my hair. I put it on every other day and it makes my hair extremely soft and smooth. I also use natural, unrefined jojoba oil on the ends of my hair and I have been seeing less breakage than before! Also, I see a bit of growth. Of course, it's not like 10 inches but I'm a BSL 3c/4a hair and my hair used to be exactly at my widest part of my shoulder blades. Now, it's sitting right under my shoulder blades. I recommend if you're using this and wanting to see results to also have a great hair routine. Use all natural products. Stop using stuff with petroleum and such! I recommend Neem Oil Virgin Organic Carrier Unrefined Cold Pressed 16 oz (a bit pricey but definitely works really well and lasts long!) and also keep a good hair routine. Try investing time in sites like naturallycurly, kinkycurlycoilyme and blackgirllonghair to find a great routine and see what others do with your hair type! My hair has been better. I have 3c/4a hair but this thing kind of elongated my shrinkage and it looks more like a 3b/3c! Also, the smell people are complaining about is nothing, really. I opened the bottle after seeing the other reviews hesitantly and took a big whiff (I went all in!) of the scent. It was STRONG but it wasn't BAD. Smells kind minty? Anyway, if you hate the smell, it doesn't last long. In fact, it probably lasts at most an hour (AT MOST. I stop noticing the smell within like 20-30minutes!) but if you're still paranoid, put it on before you go to bed while you also put on a satin cap. Of course, the satin cap will start to smell minty but I noticed my hair hasn't... or at least it's REALLY faint (you'll only smell it if you literally went to my hair and smelled it). I haven't seen significant growth (just a little... but I've only been using for 2 weeks) but I have hope with all the reviews on Youtube! Also, here's a tip: This thing causes ITCHING after a few days so please be sure to wash your hair AT LEAST once a week! By the way, all the things I use (I don't know if they help hair or are helping it, though): Intake everyday: Multivitamin Vitamin B12 - 2500 mcg Biotin 5000 mcg Vitamin D3 (1000 IU) Around 2-3 bottles of water 16.9 fl. oz. Topically: Jojoba oil WGHO For wash: I make my own DC... I found this on black hair sites and it really works! It elongates my curls and made my hair get less breakage! 1/2 banana little bit of onion water tsp of olive oil leave on for about 30 minutes That's it! I don't shampoo. Only co-wash :)! I wash my hair really REALLY well though and I get inside and eliminate build up and such! Also: Protective hairstyles Exercise (cardio mostly) eat right patience!
