Is an amazing product , the quality - weight - quieter- powerful with 5 settings and the cold/heat option is a great added bonus. I should say , I am very surprised how compact yet effective this massaging gun is. After a heavy week of soccer , both calf’s were fried . I used the new gun for 20-30 mins on each leg and wow. It’s a serious deep tissue problem solver . I did read some negative reviews regarding manuals and settling up and someone said it’s heavy and loud !! All those negative reviews are not valid not even 1%. I think this is a great value for the buck spent and a great product . AND it is super easy to use and very intuitive. Great packaging , perfect set of attachments at least for me . Super easy to travel with and use anywhere when needed . Buying my son another one. Note: the people saying it Siena t come w instructions !!! Actually is does , you just don’t know how to look inside the bag.

Wow! I am impressed! The massager technology has gotten really good! I did not expect this quality in a $70 massager. When massaging, the massager imparts very little vibration to the hand holding the massager while, at the same time, it is a powerful massager on the business end. Control: Amplitude - there are 5 settings for the amplitude where the amplitude control how far out the massaging hammer (yes, this is essentially a hammer) thrusts out during each cycle. The range of distance the hammer thrusts out each cycle is enough to cover most needs. In fact, for me, I only use the highest setting and control the depth of the massage through how hard I press the massager into the surface of the area being massaged. Be careful that you don't press too hard. You can hurt someone if you press too hard. It is that powerful. Frequency - There are also 5 setting of speed of vibration. It is advertised that the frequency range is 1,800 to 3,000 cycles per minute. This range of frequencies gives you a lot of control over the vibration effects that one might want. However, I spent all of the time on the low end of the frequency. In fact, if there was two more slower frequency settings on the lower end, I would welcome that. Having said that 1,800 hz does a pretty good job of transmitting pulses deep into muscles. I am just nit picking here. Noise level was pleasantly quiet. I was very surprised at how quiet and powerful the massager was. This contributed to the sense that the build quality is very very good. This is a solid piece of engineering. The web site claims that a single charge can last for 4-5 hours of continuous operation. I doubt that the charge would last that long. Granted that I used highest setting of amplitude and lowest setting of frequency, however, mine did not last nearly that long. The charge went from 80% (out of the box) to something like 40% in 25 minutes of running it hard. I haven't tried it after a full charge to see how long a full charge would last. In most situations, I expect sessions to last about 15 to 20 minutes. Any longer than that, I think muscles would turn into ground beef. It is that powerful. Also, I don't know how appropriate this is for back massages around the spine. This can be really powerful and one needs to be a little careful with it. This definitely is not a toy. I think this would be most effective against large muscle groups rather than areas where there are lots of boney structures. The vibrations are vigorous enough to be transmitted to significant depth in the muscle groups like thighs, hamstrings, gluts, deltoids, and etc. where there are large muscle masses. I haven't had it long enough to know how long this will last. However, based on how solid it feels, I would expect this to be a very reliable tool that will last a long time. I will try to update this review in about a year.

This is a great massager one of the best I have ever used the heat and cooling function really does help with releasing muscle tension. I can’t say enough good things about this massager well worth the buy

Great and powerful machine. Not sure if we ever went over step 2, this unit is a solid powerful one. So far it "melted" all our muscles ;)) The only reason for not giving 5 stars but really deserves 4 1/2 is that the heads selection could have been more optimized for different areas of body. The most common used - the "plate" - works OK on muscles and/or other soft parts of the body but if the transition goes over or touches a bone you'll feel it like you've been hit by a hammer! the Hot/Cold head works great as well. So far no complains, been using it for 2 weeks already for my calves, I'll keep abusing this to see how it'll go ;)

For starters, my goal is to recover from my workouts faster. As I get older it takes longer to recover. At least five days now after a grueling work out. With the Renpho Massage gun I have reduced that to two days. A few weeks earlier I thought that a vibrating roller would serve the same purpose. Considering that you have to be a contortionist, wallow around embarrassingly like someone demented on the floor just isn't effective and the vibration feels more like two gnats cuddling on your skin. A roller is way to cumbersome and the only parts of your body that you can get to are what you can sit on or lay on and the pressure / weight of your body can't be effectively controlled. Now enter the Renpho massage gun at it's now more reasonable price and you have many more areas of your body that you can effectively reach at pressures that make more sense given the area of your body or the degree of soreness. It much more effective to be able to place the head of the gun on a place of your body that you can control the position, impact and pressure of the vibration. The most amazing thing about this is that the drive of the vibration can be slow but powerful. It will not bog down even if you bury the head deep into your hamstring or quad muscles. I purposely got sore deep in my thighs and the massage gun was able to go right down to the tendons near my femur and relive the soreness there. The gun never slowed down and the battery power still had many hours left on it. The first thing I noticed is the quality build of the massage gun is excellent. From the looks of the User Interface to the feel in your hands you can tell that this would probably be a good experience. It's like when you open and Apple product you know the quality is going to be good. Finally, I brought the massage gun up to my face to see if facial massaging was something that would be feasible. Most "vibrators" are really annoying devices to me; more like annoying irritation than true relaxing massage. I have effectively used this massage gun to do facial skin and neck massage on the lowest settings. Obviously you don't want to put this on your eyes or the end of your nose, but if you don't say it, somebody will do it and it will not be fun. I do find this to be an effective tool for doing facial massage.
