The Friendly Patch Relax & Let Go Patch - Calm Patches with Ashwagandha, GABA & Gotu Kola - Formerly Known as Zen Patches 28 Day

I absolutely love this product. Everything about the product is top-notch, all the way down to the packaging. The more I wear the product, the better I feel. The Ashwagandha and Gaba combination is so perfect for me. I can feel the relaxation, calm and destress happen within 20 minutes. I can wear this patch in hot yoga, showering, swimming, and paddleboarding all on the same day, and it stays on. I use their terrific sleep and energy products daily too. I like the way is has the perfect amount of stickiness. I have tried ashwagandha as pill, and it messes up my stomach, I like using Ashwagandha as a stress patch. I have tried other patches, and most fall off and don’t have that good of a quality patch. I have been using the friendly patch products for a long time without any issues. They are more affordable than most of the other patches too. I gave some of my patches to a friend whose son suffers from anxiety about flying. He put two Zen patches on and flew halfway around without any issues; he would usually take many pharmaceuticals, making him useless for days. He went to a youth league sports camp and once he got off the plane and scored the most points he had ever played, I was so excited to hear that. Sometimes if I am really stressed or anxious, I wear two patches on my upper arms near my shoulder after a long day at work and then I do a sleep patch right before I go to bed. I am writing this review on a plane which I was a little anxious about and within 20 minutes, I forgot I was flying; this zen patch has helped change my life and others for the better. I hope this helps other people become less anxious with a natural holistic amazing product.

I have been using Zen patches for over a month now. I have suffered from anxiety since I was 14 years old, and it has gotten worse and worse ever since. In August, I dealt with some very tragic, traumatic things which ended in me having to make the decision to remove someone from life support. I was in a terrible place, and a friend ordered me a pack of Zen patches, to see if they would, at the very least, take the edge off. I have not gone a single day without one on ever since. I feel like these patches have given me my life back!! My anxiety while wearing these feels virtually non-existent. I am able to leave my house again, (and look forward to it!), to drive comfortably without a white knuckle grip on the steering wheel and constant fear, to be around groups of people, go to the grocery store, and was even able to attend a concert (something I had not been able to do in over a decade!) I know have a monthly subscription to them, so I never miss a single day. Thank you so much for creating these amazing little patches, and please never stop making them!

Feel like foam stickers. I expected a thin plastic like a waterproof bandaid but it’s not bad, instructions said to put it on a spot like wrist or ankle but I found with the thickness that my wrist was not comfortable but the inside of my upper arm was perfect. I have sensitive skin and it left no rash. I haven’t noticed much difference in stress management and it didn’t make me sleepy which I always worry about with things mentioning “relaxing” I’ve only used it 4 days so will update if it allows me after the 28 day supply is all done. Also wanted to note I was hoping it had rhodiola in it because it works well with ashwaghanda and it’s amazing for stress.

Don’t stick very well on body.

What a great product! I have beaten using these religiously and they have helped me unwind from a stressful day at work. Some other comments mentioned these don't stay in well, but if you avoid water on them fur at least an hour and place in a spot with less skin movement they are great. No side effects noted and I can be very sensitive to most products. Will be buying again.

"sleep patches for adults extra strength insomnia" - is what I put into the search. This product came up. Doesn't do a thing for sleep support. Maybe fine for calming down, but certainly no help with insomnia. As an added bonus, no guaranteed satisfaction, as you can't return product. :((

the stress patch helps my stress and anxiety. I love these patches I usually wear the stress patch at night on my arm. I like that the patch contains various natural ingredients, such as essential oils or herbal extracts, I think the ashwagandha is the best for its calming properties. I prefer not to take medication for stress and anxiety, I am a believer in natural remedies . The stress patch offers an alternative that is easy to use and has no side effects for me. Additionally, because I wear it on my arm, I have gotten a lot of comments in the sauna about the patch which has always led to a cool discussion; people are very interested in why I wear them. Another advantage of the stress patch is that it provides constant stress relief which can be particularly helpful for people who experience chronic stress or anxiety. Sometimes that patches leave a mark on my skin like a bandaide does. At the end of the day, the stress patch is a cool new approach to managing stress and anxiety and is worth considering as part of a holistic stress management plan. I wish I would have known about this years ago!! I hope this helps others out there trying to live a healthy in a stressful life. I think I am going to try the sleep patches and see how they work.

Los parches zen de ashwandha son realmente fabulosos ,me encantaron ,los he comprado dos veces ,sí se ven los resultados, muy particularmente me los coloco en el ombligo en las noches y siento que relajan .

Cambiaron de presentación ya no son verdes,ahora son muy delgados y se despega fácilmente, si vives en una ciudad donde hace mucho calor, se despega, cuando eran verdes sentía que me relajaba y hasta lograba dormir toda la noche, pero ahora no siento el mismo efecto...me e puesto durante 4 días tal vez si lo uso más tiempo me ayude un poco más en fin los necesito para la ansiedad..
