The compression sleeves relieved my pain. They fit snug and are comfortable. Would recommend it’s use.

Better than the old Futuro and gel helps with bad PF
I measured my feet with a tape measure and picked the regular sized ones with the gel pad and it makes all the difference in the world. Tbf these hurt to walk in when I first got these but my PF were extremely tight and I have bone and heal spurs from them. What I did then the first day was sit with them on which I was able to do for a few hours and in that time I was able to more comfortably but still uncomfortably walk in them. The next day it was less painful to start with them and I choose to do things around the house for a couple hours in them and my PF became loose enough that I was able to wear them for about 8 hours. By the 3rd day I could wear them non stop and it was too painful to walk without them on from the start and I've been using them ever since for about 5 months now. I wash them in cold water with antibacterial and antifungal soap in the evening, open and stand them up when I set them out to dry and they are ready in the morning. I need another pair just so that mine can have a day's rest and if I ever lost one I am sure I would have a terrible day and then take a while to recover from that again. One has aged slightly better than the other but these are still fully functional, supportive, and comfortable. For over a decade I used the Futuro arch supports (and turned family onto them) but they have changed those and I could not find anything for years that was supportive enough so am glad to have these, recommend! In the time that I have had them they have not loosened up, the stitching is still holding well, and they are still almost if not just as supportive (the prior pair that I mentioned needed to be replaced every 6 months but I see these lasting a lot longer). In terms of thickness these do not interfere with the way shoes fit and are strong enough to give good support - I think the added gel patch is perfect for those of us that need extra support. If your feet are not as bad I'm not sure that you would benefit from the gel patch in particular but if it is painful be patient and gradually ease into it to see how it helps/works for you.

Really Help
Good product and help my plantar fasciitis from flaring up. A little tight at first and need to be stretched a bit before wearing all day.

Very tight and narrow
I purchased a pair of these before and they worked great. Couldn’t find them and purchased another pair but for some reason the new ones are so incredibly tight and uncomfortable. And I’m even thinner than I was the first time I got them!

Wow! These are the BOMB. Don't listen to the whining brigade!
Really bad plantar fasciitis -- spent the past two days cutting to size and trying out various insoles in various shoes. I slipped these on as soon as they arrived and I'm very impressed! I got the padded one and I love that there is a pad to help the arch stay up, you just have to put them on right which would be wet your foot and get a footprint on a brown paper bag to see where your arches are and how high they are so you don't put the padding on the part of your midfoot that touches the floor -- keep it to the arch area. I got the regular size and my feet are women's size 8 average width and they seem plenty tight. If you are a man or blessed with ample foot you might want the larger size. I can't believe all the complaints! These are twelve dollars and people are going on and on about how they won't last but a few months. It's laughable!! What else do you buy for twelve bucks that lasts forever? The fabric has to be stretchy and if you're wearing them in shoes the shoes are going to wear them out too! There are plenty of fifty dollar insoles out there which will not last more than a couple of months tops and most of them will have the arch in the wrong place for your foot just to make things worse! These you can put in the proper place for your own arch and not press on the spot where the heel connects to the fascia. I appreciate how thrifty people are but if you've got problems with your feet most people would pay *whatever* for relief. I would have paid 30 bucks for these and not batted an eye. Again in order to be accommodating they have to have a certain amount of give and perhaps you need the larger size if the really sturdy *seams* are busting open. I just bought cotton tape and the liner to try to wrap my arches myself and guess what it was over $12 and I'll never get it right. Let's try to appreciate the few decent products left in this world and think before we get all our photographic *evidence* together and post it trying to destroy a business. This is a good product. May not solve all your problems but it's certainly worth a try. I honestly don't see how the manufacturer can make and pack and ship these for the very low price! And they gotta cut Amazon in on it too! And they were delivered to my home for free! I'm buying another pair right now.

Bit of Relief
They helped a bit, were comfortable, and provided decent arch support with less supportive shoes. I did notice that some of my plantar fasciitis pain went away after a few days of wearing these, but as soon as I stopped the pain came back sadly.
