Item advertised as being 14.3kg but actually heavier as shown on box. This is the reason I cannot return item by EVRI drop off as they have a return weight limit of 15kg, also package size restrictions. For the past week I have been involved in A-Z GUARANTEE with Amazon trying to get seller to arrange collection of package, problem is the seller only answered messages in early hours of the day. Also it seems difficult for seller to understand what I am trying to explain. ITEM IS TOO HEAVY & BULKY TO BE SENT BACK BY EVRI DROP OFF like other Amazon items, PLEASE ARRANGE COURIER TO COLLECT PACKAGE is what I have been asking all week. please be aware that if you purchase this item returning will be a nightmare. When hinges lock it's a good ladder but it's little bit complicated to use the ladder we took a long time to use the ladder and the hinge would take some time to lock when we had full set up
