Apple iPhone 13, 128GB, Pink - Unlocked (Renewed)

The renewed iPhone 13 arrived in good condition and honestly feels comparable to a new device. Physically, it looked clean right out of the box with no noticeable wear or cosmetic issues. Battery health was good, and there were no problems during setup or early daily use. So far, everything has worked exactly as expected, and there have been no surprises or compromises that made it feel like a refurbished device. Based on my experience, I would absolutely recommend going the renewed route if you want to save money without sacrificing quality.

Pleasantly surprised. I didn't buy the highest tier of phone, but still had a very surprising 100% battery health. Most reviews say that the phone came with an 80+% battery health. Maybe I got lucky. It looks great cosmetically. There is a little bit of wear on the cameras but it was very obviously kept in a case by its previous owner. I am very happy with it.

Bought what was supposed to be Amazon Renewed Certified Excellent IPhone 13. Was that an absolute lie!! Got the phone and the battery was dead completely, then it won’t stay on longer than 10 minutes!! Shows fully charged but once the charger is removed it just shuts off after no more then 10 minutes, sometimes sooner or immediately even though it shows battery left. When it does decide to stay on the battery goes dead in 30-40 min not even using it. That’s not even the worst part…yeah, it gets even worse!! It literally has NO/ZERO volume. The speakers have major issue! It won’t ring, won’t make any sound when playing videos or music but will randomly make a noise if you mess with the volume adjustment in the menu or if you flip the side volume lock a bunch! Randomly will make a quick sound then it goes right back to mute mode!! I bought a mute phone without knowing or intending to. It absolutely will not make sound or ring when you need or want it to but sure will just randomly spit a sound out for a millisecond!! Get this though, it will ring when called off FaceTime, then if I don’t use Bluetooth earbuds people can’t hear me when I answer or call somebody. Literally not a peep. This was supposed to be an Excellent condition Amazon Renewed IPhone according to this sellers listing!! Guess that tells you what kind of person this is selling people lies and garbage apple products claiming to be Amazon Renewed…so my opinion is steer clear from buying any electronics from this one!! Now I requested a return after paying $293.57 for this junk and basically the seller wanted me to send them images/proof the phone wasn’t working. Had to contact Amazon to get a return approved then the seller had the nerve to offer me a 10% partial refund to keep this junk phone. The nerve!! 10%?? After having the phone a few weeks and getting by with it how it is because I went a month without a phone after my previous IPhone was stolen! This was the replacement and I had to save to get it, a month without a phone is terrible and like I lost a hand…I was excited to finally get this phone and have totally dreaded sending this one back, waiting for it to be received, then wait on refund and then hope to find another phone and purchase it, then wait for it to ship, receive it and activate it. I’d be weeks again without a phone. I pondered this and drove myself nuts worrying about not having my phone again. This brought me hesitantly to the conclusion that I’ll get a partial refund and keep it…then when I can get it fixed or fix it myself and not be without a phone. After I decided this I contacted the seller and explained this and asked for 20% partial refund which would help pay for the repairs not even a small portion of what I’m sure it will actually cost me plus the headaches but 20% is all! I got a message back within a few hours and was told NO!! Said 10% is most they will refund! After all the inconvenience headache and stress this purchase has caused me this “uuuuggghhhhh!!” (Sure you know what that says) doesn’t even have the decency to give me $57 back on a garbage phone I paid $300 for! SO, PLEASE TAKE MY ADVICE AND MY OPINION AND STEER FAR AWAY AN CLEAR Of THIS SELLERS ELECTRONIC STORE OR ANYTHING THEY SELL! SCAMMER in my book and I sincerely hope this review helps somebody else avoid going through anything even remotely like my experience with this seller because the listing sure sounded convincing. But got convinced to buy trash for $300 and a terrible overall experience and a self who has zero compassion, sympathy or morals. 20% was super reasonable to me, I was gonna ask for 50% because that’s about how much of a working IPhone. Needless to say the Phone is getting returned now! They have scorned me and I’m almost to the point of never buying from Amazon again period because they will not help me other then forcing seller to accept return…no compensation for time, stress, inconvenience or losses concurred for being without my phone again. Worst consumer customer experience I’ve ever had in my entire life and I won’t forget it!

I was anxious because of the bad reviews but so far. I have no requests. It came earlier than scheduled time. The screen was clear very minor scratches that were hard to see. It functions as it should the quality is awesome and I received a battery percentage of 93. It was easy to use and set up. If I have any complaints later on i will share. But at this moment no regrets.

Almost in Excellent shape except for a small chip on the screen. I would rate it Good condition not Excellent. Not really noticeable when using it. If you run your fingernail over it you can feel it. Other then that it works perfectly.

This phone was incredibly good. It arrived in excellent condition and truly looked brand new. Although the battery health wasn’t very high (86%), it wasn’t a major issue at all. Without a doubt, I highly recommend it.

I was apprehensive about this purchase because of how much money phones are; but am sure glad I took the chance and bought from here! The iPhone 13 (red product) came Exactly as described. In great condition. Looks brand new. Came in a nice white small cardboard box with a new usb charging block and charger for phone. I Have had the phone for almost 2 weeks now and it has functioned properly. Feels great! Battery life is…..decent for a used phone. The phone also had the 256gb storage like described. Easy use. Updated to newest iOS and powered on as soon as I got it. Phones quality is excellent and for a fair price!!! Phone was also unlocked like described for me to add my cricket service plan to it! I am a happy customer! I Would definitely order from again!

I bought this phone after my other one started acting up. I had the Samsung Galaxy S20 FE which wasn’t too bad. The price was reasonable so I bought it. The size of the phone physically is great. It looks like a regular Apple iPhone. It’s pretty easy to use took some time though getting used to how get between apps and scrolling down to see battery, notifications, etc. Its camera quality though is good. Apple is definitely overrated except for the camera. They get all their attention for their camera quality billboards. It works more or less. However for some reason WhatsApp and Spotify don’t work properly when not connected to wifi. Like I can’t use WhatsApp call if someone calls me or if I try to call someone and can’t send or download pics/videos. With Spotify only pre downloaded playlists/songs/albums work I can’t search for any songs.

IMMACULATE condition! 100% battery life. No scratches or dings anywhere! No lagging, functions perfectly! I’ve never purchased a refurbished product that was in perfect condition! Shipping was very quick as well. Above and beyond exceeded my expectations!

I've never Amazon refreshed before. I bought one in "excellent" condition. Very happy. Some VERY minor chips & scratches on the metal on close inspection, but not noticeable unless you're looking for it. The battery came at 88% health. It works flawlessly. I think it’s important to take a look at the seller reviews - as it can be easy with these kinds of buys to confuse the product listing and the seller. There are many sellers on this listing. Depending on stock, price, and Amazon’s algorithm, you may get a different one than me, or even than you were looking at yesterday. Most are good, but that is what you should be looking at more than the listing itself.

This phone is perfect. There was no problems with the battery- charges to 100% always. It was packaged beautifully, and the warranty time allows you to test the phone out. It comes with a basic white charging generic white cable.

A un mes de haberlo comprado, estoy satisfecho con el celular. Venia un poco golpeado en las orillas pero funcionalidad perfectamente bien. Venia con batería de 91% y para un uso cotidiano, lo cargo por las noches y de vez en cuando por la tarde, si recomendaría cárgalo con cargador original para cuidar la batería y los tiempos de carga sean óptimos. Recomiendo ampliamente comprar un iPhone reacondicionado ya que gastar 18k en uno nuevo no vale la pena, obtienes la misma experiencia al comprar uno reacondiconado. Puedes tener la suerte como en mi casa de contar con Apple care.

I bought the renewed excelente, and it is in excellent condition, no marks or scratches, beautiful. The battery health is 87%, which is great for a used 2021 phone. Came with cable and charger (not Apple Original).
