Fundamentals of Pathology

Great explanations of basic pathology. Hits most if not all high yield info for boards. Definitely recommend using with video library

I saw some comments on Pathoma facebook that it took months for them to get the book, so I ordered from Amazon and the book arrived in less than a week. It is not printed as nicely and neatly as First Aid (or maybe I'm just OC) but I like how the content is laid out/arranged in Pathoma, it makes it easier to remember the important details.

Must have for second year medical students. Don't even thing about going without it. This book, in combination with First Aid, is a powerful tool in studying for the STEP1. Don't even think about trying to "acquire" this book through alternative mediums. You're going to want a hard cover as well as the high quality videos that it comes with when you sign up.

I ordered this book in the U.S. and took it with me to my medical school overseas only to find out months later that my friend had the REAL book. This is an illegally copied version. It is IRRESPONSIBLE to sell a fake book with faded/bleeding pictures, because if you cannot see the colors for histology you have no idea what a disease process actually looks like. The CDs that came with this book are bootleg too. At one point you can even see someone set up a camera recording lectures from a laptop with a subscription to the videos online... I struggled with this book for months having to look up images online and in proper medical books like Robbins & Cotran because I was not able to have an official version of Pathoma shipped to me (overseas shipping costs are insane). I finally got back to the U.S. and purchased the subscription on Pathoma.com (THE ONLY PLACE TO GET THE REAL TEXT AND LECTURE VIDEOS). Thanks for nothing.

It's a very nice summary of what you need to know about Pathology, but it is clearly not a textbook. Book was a little banged up along the way, probably due to mishandling at post offices, but never the less, it arrived with all that was promised.

The book arrived within a week and it was in perfect condition! I was so happy with the quality of the books! Loved the service of this seller! Absolutely recommend it for anyone who needs a good pathology review guide!
