Out of the box this worked really well, it's comfortable in the hand and easy enough to figure out. Unfortunately about 3 months in the piezo igniter no longer works. There wire has split causing the ignitor to spark there instead of the tip. I've been unable to locate any replacement parts of the wire to mend it. It still works as a torch but I have to keep a long necked lighter lit at the tip to ignite the gas.
