Dissolves so easily! I'm new to taking creatine and I spent a lot of time reading reviews prior to purchasing. its creatine. What more is there to say. Good solubility. You'll still feel the slight particulates and chalkiness but what creatine doesn't. Pricing is on par with the rest of the creatine on the market and it is lab certified.
