The metal chain shown in the pic is in a reel but it came in different size pieces in a plastic bag and the length was also much less

really likes using it the product is good quality too but the only bad thing was that about a meter of my silver chain was rusted, hopefully it was just a mistake but watch out. overall for the price the product was good the pliers weren't the best quality but they got the job done pretty well too. would recommend and repurchase
