Paid for a new product, so I expect a new product, not second hand.
Very Disappointed – Received a Used Product! I am extremely unhappy with this purchase. The product was delivered to me clearly USED, not new as advertised. It had been opened, used, and then repacked before being sent out to me. This is completely unacceptable. I expected a brand-new item and feel misled. Not happy at all with the service – this is not how customers should be treated.

Think Before Buying
Review with 1 year of normal household, single handed use. Good : Fast / Heavy Motor Good attachments Nice Looks Bad : The chopper Blade's Sharpness is weak & deteriorates The rubber button got broken (seems like they didn't tested for durability)
