Best cider yeast available
Works great at retaining specific apple notes and flavors, as in its good if you have a favorite apple juice flavor that you want in the final product.

Came to the house warm
The yeast I got came with a defrosted cold pack. To be any warmer it would have been in the microwave.

An OK yeast, but not my favorite.
Been using this yeast for a few batches of hard cider now. This yeast is just ok. It tends to leave a lot of undesired yeasty aftertastes and bad aromas even with 6-12 months of aging. Also noticed that any fermentation above 68 F fails to complete malolactic fermentation. 65-68 is the ideal range for this yeast. Good, but overall not as great as others.
