How to heat without microwave oven

Boil Water in a container and then remove the container from the gas stove. Wrap the hot and cold pack in a cloth and then submerge the gel pack in the hot water container and keep checking the pack untill u get the desired temperature of the gel pack

Can I put this product into hot water with the strap on?, dont this damage the strap??

Yes. Follow the below steps to heat it with water. 1. Put a container filled with water on Gas stove to Heat the water and heat it till the boiling point. 2. Turn the gas stove off and remove the container from the gas stove. 3. Put the Strap Hot and cold pack in the Hot Water container. 4. Check the Temperature of the Hot and Cold Pack after 5 Minutes if he Desired temperature is attained Start to use it and If not then keep it for more time in the hot water.
