Great size, great price
My husband loves that he can get the amount of magnesium recommended by his doctor without taking horse pills. Also no stomach issues with this one.

EZ to swallow
Very, very easy to swallow. I take one every morning rather than the two recommended. I think 500 mg is enough. The capsules are very, very easy to swallow so if you have a problem with big pills or capsules you will love this product. I've been taking this brand for over a year and feel great. I've had open heart surgery and A-fib so I guess the magnesium is working like it should.

Poor quality despite ingredients
I don't think this is really Mg Lactate. I chew up the capsules when I take it. When I use Standard Process Mg Lactate (a brand known for its quality) it tastes slightly sweet & makes me feel relaxed within seconds. When I chew these there is almost no taste & they never make me feel relaxed. The Standard Process is super expensive, that's the only reason I tried these. But, I won't buy them again.

I am so pleased with this product
I am so pleased with this product! Recently I purchased my first bottle of your Magnesium Lactate, and my second purchase of this product was in a recycled bag, so I was able to refill my empty bottle when I received the bag. The Magnesium Lactate has helped me with my legs cramps tremendously - thank you very much! I have taken different brands of magnesium but this one is my favorite. Excellent results at a good price, so I definitely recommend this product!

Magnesium Lactate 500mg
I take 2 of these everyday, so I don't have leg cramps at night. They sure do the trick! Easy to swallow capsules. I haven't had any leg cramps for a couple of months. Will order again.

A bit pricey
These are capsules of powder. Small enough to swallow easily. I haven’t had one open in my stomach or throat yet, so clearly the capsules are well constructed to withstand some moisture and movement through the system. Not certain if the price is worth it, but we’ll see. I do like that it’s magnesium LACTATE which is a form that is MUCH more easily absorbed by the body.

These are smaller size pills, so easier to swallow.
Much easier to swallow than some other forms of magnesium. Also, try these if other forms of magnesium give you diarrhea.
