Weight loss, fat loss and overall better health makes Intermittent Fasting appealing. This book gave me solid information to make my decision.

Reset your metabolism
This book focuses on women over 50, as they face unique challenges to staying in shape and maintaining a healthier weight. So, it was refreshing to see women of a certain age as the focus here. this book opens by going over what intermittent fasting is and what benefits it can provide. The author then covers the different kinds of fasting one can do. I did not know that there were different kinds of fasting, so it was interesting to learn that. Information is explained well, and the reader does not have a hard time understanding it. Overall, this is a good read.

Something you can give this chritsmas as a present
I feel more empowered after reading this book. Sugar and carb cravings are discussed, as well as how to overcome them. I'm feeling a lot better about my weightlessness journey. This is an excellent book that may be used as a reference tool for remaining healthy and in shape. This book was a gift for my grandma, and I'm now working on a few recipes from it! This is a terrific book.

Useful information. Very poorly edited.
While the information is useful and provides some insight into understanding how intermittent fasting works and gives several options, it is so poorly edited that it takes away from the validity and credibility of the author. I don't understand how this book was deemed "ready for publication" with the amount of errors it has. Makes me wonder if I got a draft copy instead of a finished product. I know some children that could have done a better job of proofreading. Some examples are: the Turkey Sausage Frittata recipe is printed twice, omitting the recipe for the Matcha Smoothie; the paragraph describing benefits of eating batteries instead of berries; and an entire paragraph describing a type of fasting is printed twice back to back. Distracting and amateurish.

Healhty lifestyle changes
The author, Emily Walker, does a phenomenal job guiding you through healthy, long lasting lifestyle changes. She provides information on intermittent fasting and it's benefits, how your body changes during menopausal age, and the risks associated with aging. She also gives plenty of tips on eating healthy, starting slow, and keeping a good mindset. The recipes in the book were easy to make and tasted good. I love smoothies in the morning.

This isn't a fad diet book; it teaches you about the usual diet's danger for our health and how we can naturally prevent and repair it.

Don't waste your money
Book is not well written, side notes on the pages are very hard to read, white tiny letters on a light grey background. Save your money.
