Please note that the dimensions shown are for the OUTSIDE of the sheets. The actual baking surface is an inch shorter on length and width on each of the three sheets. Instead of Medium, Large and X-Large, I would say they are X-Small, Small and Medium. I wanted to replace my 17'' sheet for roasting veggies, but I cannot because the "X-Large" sheet isn't big enough. If the actual baking surface dimensions had been provided, I would not have bought them. So far, they haven't warped in a 425-degree oven. I had a little oil spill on one of the sheets an was not able to remove with soap and a sponge.
