I am a pro carpenter, commercial and residential. I now own two of these. First one I bought over a year ago and it's performed so well, I purchased another one to help with a complex project. Love the two batteries, never down as you charge one and use one. Brightness is great, the lock feature to use on tilt is super handy for stairs or rail. All in all, this is a fantastic unit ESPECIALLY for the $$'s. Huepar has continued to improve and innovate their laser line and offers something for everybody, pro or novice alike!

This is the second laser level that we bought from Huepar, it works great so far.

Easy to use, strong quality build, Its bright enough for atleast 50'. Leveling is great. Although it does this thing that gives you a light double line after a while . tried cleaning the glass but still there.

I bought this laser for a recent project. I was skeptical because I had an old school, Craftsman laser level that more work to setup than the job I was trying to accomplish. I looked at a similar product from Milwaukee since I am invested in their battery platform. But I didn’t not want to spend the $600 for their level. So I found this one and decided to try based on positive reviews. It has been nothing short of spectacular. It is so simple to setup due to the self-leveling feature. It has bailed me out of so many situations I never even thought of, such as framing for windows as pictured. This is a super handy tool and extremely accurate. I still check it to make sure and it has been spot on every time. The magnet on the base is really strong and I’ve attached it many things like metal ductwork and ladders. The battery life has been excellent, seeming to last all day without need to recharge. The case is durable and provides plenty of space for storing all the included accessories. Something that the Milwaukee laser doesn’t even offer and no batteries! My one complaint or suggestion would be the lack of feedback received when inserting the battery into the device. I would like to click or lock into place. Instead this battery has to be inserted and I don’t really know if it’s properly seated or not. And a couple times it has not. Minor observation but has not impeded my use of the tool. I would and have highly recommended this tool to people in other trades who ask about it and wonder if the brand is reliable.

I wasn’t sure how often I’d use this, but after owing it quite a while I find myself using it frequently. Other reviews say they don’t like that it beeps when out of level which made me almost not get it. They’re absolutely wrong and don’t understand how this operates. It guarantees a level line by basically floating the lights so you must keep it within the limits of the light freely moving so it can float level. If they need something to give them a straight line that’s not vertical or horizontal such as for stairs at near 45 degrees this isn’t the right tool for them. Also, it’s high quality and comes with two batteries which last a very long time and a nice case and lots of options for mounting to all different types of tripods and stands.
