Nice smell long lasting

I love this brand in general but this particular product has a gimmicky case that is annoying at best. The bottle pulled out is better to use. Although scent is nice enough to pass I must say it is not long lasting like the other scents they have. 1 hour at best. Come on Armaf don't let me down I love you as a brand.

The Scent This is a heavy fresh, soapy barbershop fragrance. The expensive kind of soap I must say. It's this type of fragrance that makes you smell like you just stepped out of the shower. Fresh, clean and classy. It is a good all year all-rounder and can be worn on nearly any occasion - maybe apart from date nights and it's definitely not a clubbing fragrance. It's classy luxurious vibe makes the perfect choice for the office or more formal events. But it also fits everyday situations. It's a scent made for the more mature man. It has the vibe of a distinguished gentleman. The clone As most people know, this is a clone of Chanel Egoiste Platinum. As someone who also owned the original, I have nothing but praise for this fragrance. It's incredibly close to the original, like 95% to me. The opening is slightly different, containing Lavender, Rosemary, and Petitgrain. I like the opening of Legesi even more. It does not have Neroli in it which makes it more pleasant than the original which was a bit sharp and headache inducing to me. Like in the opening, Armaf smooths the edges of the slightly dated Original by leaving out the Galbanum, Geranium in the heart notes which give Egoiste its sharp metallic feel. Also, the base note is a bit different by taking out the vetiver and amber, which makes Legesi less powdery and leaning a pinch more to the sweat side in the dry down. Overall, Armaf smoothed out this slightly dated classic, modernized it a bit while still staying so close to the original that you can't tell the difference if you don't know Egoiste very well or do a side by side comparison. Performance The performance is also great, even slightly better than the original. You will get like 2 hours of strong projection and another 4 hours of moderate projection. The scent stays for about 8-10 hours on the skin in total. Conclusion This is an outstanding clone of Chanel Egoiste Platinum and brings fantastic value for the price. If you like Egoiste Platinum there is no way you won't at least like this one. It's a classy clean, very soapy fragrance that fits nearly every situation, but not every man! Even though it is a modernized version of Egoiste it might smell too serious, too dated and too heavy for younger men.

Wonderful smell. Excellent projection and longevity. Almost the same as the OG - which gives this a classic, quite uncommon masculine air. Lovely stuff!
