Be warned they are sharp
These knifes are superb 👌..I bought a set about 2 years ago and they are still as sharp as when I bought them...But we decided to upgrade with the steak knifes...so I bought the block with them on it..Again fantastic. My daughter has the old block...I warned her how sharp they are.Well she knows now...Cut her finger on them tonight. Honestly buy them you won't be disappointed.

Brilliant but not cheap.
It's big but if you can find space worth it.The knives are sharp out of the box and it so easy to maintain that sharpness. No other system / method comes near.Instructions could be better, less ambiguous, particularly on how to sharpen.But I love it
