A Red Chili Oil MUST HAVE - No Getting Around It - Great Value - Highly Recommended
You have to have this red pepper if you are making Red Chili Oil and the like. I have tried to be cheap and use other chili flakes and my chili oil never comes our red nor as flavorful. These Sichuan Chili Flakes are the real deal. They are fresh, loaded with flake and seeds, have a good heat level and excellent taste. A must have. You get what you pay for. Great Value - Highly Recommended

good product however beware. The heat level is almost unbearable. I like spicy but these flakes are at a level of heat that hurt.
