Value for the money and good customer service
This is worth the price I paid. This is the one I found with best price for the features and finish. Good clear readout, accurate and works well. Customer service response was extremely good and quick. Replied on the same day. Worth the money spent on the item and good service.

Not right torque description on this.
The wrench they are sending is not what is displayed here. They are sending one with torque range 14.8-147.5 ft-lbs. Unfortunately I need 11 ft. Lbs and this doesnt go down to 9 like advertised. Had them send another one and it was again not the one displayed. Now I have two I don't need to return...

Accurate and easy to use
This is a good tool. There are junk tools and good tools. This is a good one. It comes in a protective case and even includes a certificate of calibration, which is a big deal if you use this tool professionally. The digital gauge is easy to read. The desired setting is simple to set. As with all torque wrenches, you will need to be on the careful side handling and storing this tool. This tool is accurate and well worth the money.
