The Guaranteed Analysis is 10% nitrogen, 14% available phosphate, 8% soluble Potash, .02% Boron, .05% Copper, .11 Iron, .12% Manganese, .07 Zinc, and .0006% Molybdenum drived from Ammonium Phosphate, Potassium Nitrate, Urea, Formaldehyde, Manganese Sulfate, Ferric Sulfate, Zinc Sulfate, Copper Sulfate, Boric Acid, Sodium Molybdenum. Hello, Thanks for the question! That could depend on a few variables such as fertilization rate, age of plant, size of pot, and length of growing season in your area. Lotus can be very challenging. Continue to fertilize and be patient. If you are getting significant leaf production I would assume a blossom to be on its way. Q: Should it be added during winter?

Hello, Thanks for asking. We would recommend fertilization in the growing months when the plants are consuming and needing the most amount of nutrients. There is no real need to fertilize during dormancy. Feed your plants monthly during the growing season at a rate of one tablet per gallon of soil. When water temperatures rise above 72 degrees, increase to feeding every two weeks. Insert the Pondtabbs® deep into the soil 3" from the crown of the plant. Q: What is the N-P-K ratio?

The basic nutrient ratio for all plants: nitrogen (N), Phosphate (P), Potasium (P). The amount for each basic mineral represented by the figure N-P-P. I am not sure what k represents unless there is a mistake somewhere. This product stresses the middle nutrient Phosphate, that plants use to produce flowers.
