Works great just as it should

Sadly the product didn’t work for my needs (thickening a vegan patty). This is due to the product not listing in the description the amount of viscosity for the cellulose, which in this case is low viscosity.

Este producto no tiene componente de celulosa, cuando lo diluyo no coge cuerpo. Esta comouesto de celusa no es la correcta.

I wish it was finer grade, it's a bit too coarse for my use, but I'm not using it for filler like most people will.
