Digital Hearing Amplifier - Invisible in Canal (CIC) in-Ear Mini Sound Enhancer Set, Near-Invisible, Noise Cancelling, Personal Sound Hearing Amplifier - Black, Left Ear

I've had "professional" hearing aids and also purchased "hearing amplifiers". The "professionals" were way too expensive, so, as they failed, I switched to the lower cost "amplifiers". I'm a retired electronics engineer, and decided to get the multi-function devices that provide settings for different types of hearing loss. Typically they have one control for setting both the volume and the type of hearing loss. I found this to be annoying, as the settings could be changed accidentally, so you would have to cycle through an number of taps to where you started. In the course of doing that, I would occasionally hold the button down too long, and the mode would change, and I would have to cycle through those settings to get back yo where I started. Also, the process is challenging because the "button" to control the unit is very small. Searching for a replacement, I found this device that has one fixed hearing setting and a rotary volume control that you set with a screwdriver that comes with the unit. I received it the next day and fired it up. I set it to maximum volume and used the dome that was already attached to the unit, Of course, I got squeals because of the feedback. I reduced the volume setting until the squeal was gone and then did a final "calibration" by tuning to a couple of TV channels and adjusted their volume settings to the volume I normally use. I then did the final volume adjustment to the unit. I am very, very pleased with this device. The sound is very good, and it's nice to know that the volume setting will stay where I put it.

It is not durable. Failed in few days

This is the second one I bought (right ear only) and they only seem to last about 3-4 months, then...nothing, totally died. When they do work, they are ok. Just beware you will only get a few months out of them.

I’ve tried several others, but this amplifier really fits my ear and the sound is so clear! When I remove it, my ear doesn’t feel sore. I love it so much, I bought a second one to leave in my car in case I forget it. What a blessing!

I bought this ear amplifier for left ear & was disappointed with the sound quality. I have used other brands that were much better. Look around & save your money & time.

Funziona benissimo. Amplifica i suoni in modo macroscopico, quindi anche quelli di fondo. Bisogna stare attenti a come si posiziona perché se non si utilizza il gommino della giusta misura ovvero se viene inserito in modo non perfetto, potrebbe fischiare. La differenza di prezzo con altri apparati di marca, non è assolutamente giustificata da una differenza proporzionale della qualità.

A mi me funciona perfectamente. Hay que elegir el capuchón más adecuado para que cierre herméticamente el oído. Si no cierra bien, se oyen pitidos. Es cuestión de práctica: ajustar el capuchón y el volumen,
