It's ok, helps, takes about a couple of hours to freeze. It's got a soft cover that stays on. I think it's worth the money. It hasn't leaked up to now!

Fantastic! I bought 2. I bought them for toothache, popped in freezer for 30 minutes and stays cold for hours. Also used for period pains, popped in microwave for 30 seconds - 1 minute and it helped. Comes with velcro straps so can be used on arms and legs. Also comes in a pouch to protect body from the cold or heat. Definitely recommend 👌

Pack is great but it does not come with a sleeve. Very cheap so didnt send back, just annoying as the description is not accurate.

I badly sprained my ankle on Saturday running a marathon, fell at mile 18 and cut my head too. I did complete the remaining 8 miles on the injury! Stupid or Stoical? On Tuesday went to the local Minor Injuries Unit - luckily X-ray showed ankle was not broken. I had been messing about using crushed ice cubes in a freezer bag which didn't seem to be helping a lot. Then I hit on the idea of a proper frozen pouch (like used by fragile footballers) and bought this. So please avoid the low star reviews, most of which moan about what happens when you heat the pouch in a microwave! Why? Come on people, use a hot water bottle! The Gel partly froze within 2 hours. I left it in the freezer overnight and it froze but not rock hard as some reviews! Even so it was still malleable to the shape of my foot and easy to strap up with the stretchy band. The bag stays frozen for the 15 minutes Medics suggest you are supposed to apply it, but looks like it would remain cold though partly defrosted for another 15 minutes, if you can stand the cold on your injury for longer! One of the best things I have bought on Amazon. Please pay a little bit more and buy the set, which includes to pouch and elastic velcro strap that compresses and attaches to the bag.

Ottimo sia per terapia del freddo che del caldo, la pratica sacca con la fascia permette di tenere il gel in maniera pratica sulla zona interessata. Il gel rimane freddo per diverso tempo e anche il caldo ha una buona durata. Consigliatissimo!

Al tratarse de gel se dapta mejor a la zona de aplicación y aguanta mucho con el calor, lo único que las medidas de tiempo para calentar en microondas no parecen estar bien, ya que con ese tiempo a penas se calienta.

È già la seconda volta che acquisto questo gel riutilizzabile e confermo che è davvero un ottimo prodotto. Può essere usato sia caldo che freddo ed è molto efficace per dolori muscolari, contusioni o emicranie. La custodia protettiva è comoda e permette di applicarlo senza fastidio diretto sulla pelle. Si scalda e si raffredda velocemente, resta alla giusta temperatura per un buon tempo ed è resistente anche dopo tanti utilizzi. Un rimedio pratico, economico e indispensabile da avere sempre in casa!
