Feel let down
Bought this iPad in good faith at the end of August 2024 & now it’s playing up so badly that it most frustrating to use very very disappointed.

Awful product even worse customer service
The iPad sent was not refurbished and over a week after it was returned, which I had to pay for, I still have heard nothing apart from a request for the password which I had sent with the returned item.

Very poor battery life
Over priced for what you get battery life very poor even though they say it’s 80% down it’s way way lower than that. After a full charge i get 1 and a half to 2 hours out of it if that! wouldn’t recommend

Condition doesn't match description
I bought the ipad with "good" condition, and the product description says that means the battery health is above 80%. Turns out that it had 74% battery health, which means it kept turning off and needing to be plugged in, even though it had plenty of charge left. They accepted my return, but it was all very inconvenient.
