Easy to install in most areas but I chose to take a more difficult route but it was worth it . Colours change to suit the mood , very bright and just add a bit of a smile on the faces of those who share them . Easy to alter length and everything comes in the box including very good instructions

Great product, unfortunately developed a few faulty LEDs however Meross customer service arranged an immediate replacement!

Super simple to install, fits in my HomeKit to set up perfectly, it’s in several routines and scenes My only issue is that when it is set off, two of the lights remain on, very low to the point of not being noticeable unless the room is pitch black. For me it’s not a problem, most of the time, but it is a minor issue that I have noticed

This is a very good light, because it combines RGB colour LEDs and 2 different white LEDs with different colour temperatures in one single strip. It works well in the Apple Home app, but the Meross app allows adjustments of the LED colour temperature and brightnesses. That app provides tabs for white, colour and effects adjustment. The effects are interesting, but could do with some improvement. The adhesive works well, but in order to install the strip in different sections, you need 6-pin connectors and wire. Unfortunately only one 6-pin connector is provided, and Meross could not provide more. An extension for the DC 5.5 x2.1 mm M to F power lead in different lengths can be bought separately at a reasonable price, if you need to install the light some distance from the nearest power point. A very handy feature is the small rectangular box with a push button which the light strip plugs into, so that the light can be turned on or off without the app. All in all a very bright and full featured light at a highly competitive price compared to other products selling for nearly 3 times the price. Much better than the other offerings in a similar price.

Easy to use, HomeKit compatible. Read installation notes , phone needs to be on 2.4gz Wi-Fi to install initially. You can revert after. 5m long, with joining connectors. Unfortunately no shorter options. Too long for my needs but you can cut at marked locations to suit. Would have loved a 180 or 90 degree connector to make a second parallel run, still happy with purchase. No remote as this has its own apps and HomeKit, Alexa, google control.

This isn’t worth the saving compared to Phillips Hue. I’ve tried 2x of these and they are both the same. It only works on a SEPARATE 2.4ghz network. It’s utter madness, most provider supplied WiFi boxes will now default to 5ghz or use WiFi6+ also, you don’t want to have to create a separate network for a bulb or two and doing so will create more traffic. Support pages/help are cheap and not actually very helpful.

I’ve just received the Meross Lightstrip which arrived quickly. Easy to set up and integrate with HomeKit and looks great using whichever colour option. As I’ve only just installed it I’ll see how it fares over time but at startup so far so good.

We all know how expensive HomeKit strip lights are. I have others which are more than double the price but less than half the length of these. Meross light strip amazing for the price 5m great colour works really well with HomeKit and Siri, I use mine with Siri on the homepod and works fast 1 to 2 second response time. Connected it straight away to HomeKit I didn’t even need to download the Meross app. I tried the Meross app it’s okay, not great but does the job. Because it’s in the bedroom it’s good, but in my living room I have another more expensive brand. I use these instead of a lamp now and they do look good around the tv and chest of drawers They don’t feel great quality, would fold and kink when I tried to put them out, I was worried the thin plastic would rip, there’s no protective rubber over the top like others so keeping the leds clean of dust would be a problem. The app needs a lot of work I’d recommend!! For the price and length

I have had this for only 1month and its already broken everyday the app disconnects by itself SO NOT WORTH IT dont buy

DO NOT BUY this as it is very fickle and a glitchy device!!! Apple HomeKit & Meross app pairing fails no matter what workaround you try & to be fair I have successfully paired around 40 HomeKit devices knowing my way around them **Meross has a dedicated QR coded article only for issue troubleshooting so you can imagine the number of issues.

After second time i"ve paired them with Homekit and Meross app they do not pair anymore so i'm stuck with color red
