I only received the mount and not the bracket. The mount was used and it was missing the nuts and some screws. Requested a replacement and will send the original back. If all goes well, I will provide a better review.

no packaging, arrived in taped bubble wrap. No evidence of previous ownership so I have to believe it was an "out of box" unit, No instructions, took me half hour to figure out how to assemble. Poorly designed and hence not very stable. I was desperate for any kind of solution otherwise would have returned

Does the job. Some of the paint came chipped, probably a used product, Altho it doesn’t affect the functionality
