I have the SYS MS909, and quickly realized that I’ve purchased a very expensive and very high quality device. It has become the MOST powerful automotive diagnostic tool I have ever seen or used in a hand held device, and is capable of far, far more. I have enjoyed using this device. It has diagnosed several needed repairs that were required and that were problematic with several vehicles. I will be giving my old ODB reader way, as I have finally found a “Diagnostic Tool” that does it all and has the futuristic capability of being upgraded online as the market is evolving. I do plan to use this on my 3 EV’s for battery maintenance and repairs. I like the customer service from AUTEL, even though I know their phone lines have since become more congested over the past year as more users come online. Nevertheless, it is better than NO customer support or support at a fee. Yes, there is user interface that will provide support, for a fee, but that if you need it. I would highly recommend this device for a more in depth dive into car diagnoses and repairs. I love that the device offers suggestions to resolve the problems that have gone undetected. The ability to calibrate and diagnose at the user level is beyond what I could have ever expected from a handheld tool. 20 years ago, I remember using a Sun Machine, 6 feet tall, to do what this device can do today. So, if you are serious about saving time, resolving issues quickly and with certainty, while being offered remedies, this is your tool. Regardless of price, I say to you, how much is your time worth? Do you want to continue to throw parts at your work without resolving the source issue? Do you want to continue removing/reinstalling parts to clean/adjusts that may not truly need replacing/cleaning? This is why I “invested” in this device, not for what it can do now, rather the ability it will continue to have for the upcoming vehicles and software updates that it will provide (at a annual renewal fee). This is my second AUTEL device (MS 808TS), and this does far more. I would recommend this to my friends and family and automotive enthusiasts. Be aware, you will have to become acclimated with the device, and YouTube is your friend. I continue to search the web for more ways to learn about this tool and what it can do. Nevertheless, it is worth it and great for a professional shop.

I have always had Autel and in my opinion is one of the best if not the best of all scan tools out there.. previously I had MS908 and This new MS909 is a night and day upgrade!!! You will love this one if you ever owned any Autel or any other brand. The new features , how it displays your diagnostic tests, and how fast it is.. cant go wrong. I purchased the MS909 on 7/11 and received it by 7/14. The scan tool hasn't been back in the storage case yet. So far I've used it on GM vehicles for three jobs working on powertrain and drivability diagnostics. Excellent function and bi-directional communications. My first experience with Autel and am liking it very much. Also while the MS909 was still on order I noticed a 10% price drop. I contacted the seller on 7/12. Within one hour they had responded offering to make up the difference. By 7/14 the difference had been refunded hours before I received the shipment! Incredibly responsive seller and a good full function professional product!

Bought this for my son who is a mechanic. He is very pleased with numerous functions available. Makes his job easier and saves him time.

should have purchased sooner. I,m a ase master tech who was using a verus pro, my verus was starting to fail and I did not wast to fork out $8000 plus dollars to upgrade. I find the 909 does everything and more than my old scanner did fast boot time, excellent battery, life duel wifi connection to the car. highley recomended. scammer. I actually look forward to using it each day.

This computer does it all! IT covers tons of makes and models and does a lot! We are happy with this purchase. It was also at the best price we could find. The seller did a great job!

The reason why I dislike this item is because I have never seen a company that disables a function such as typography...yes they disable the feature after the subscription is over... Topdon, Xtool, AND launch do not do this... Programming from there server is one thing but to remove the feature all together just because I am not paying them 1500 or 1300 again? I think it is robbery... I go back to the ds708 Autel , then the ms905, then the bt906, then the ms909 and the im608.... So I have been a faithful Autel customer... but not anymore....

This product is very easy to use as long as you have an automotive background with some diagnostic history. I find that it is much faster than some of the other scanners I've been using in the past and really goes pretty deep into the subsystems allowing you to really find out what's going on. Best purchase I've made all year.
