Almost 10yrs old and Still a great game!
I only came into the Forza U'verse in 2014 in Horizon, the drive took a dive as I started FM3 :-). Currently leveling up for the Horizon 3 release, and I wanted to have most of the series. I have to admit, somewhere in my head I thought this game would be like a 1980's arcade game. The replacement 360 arrived and I put in the game, What a surprise, having played MS 5/6 with their overly museum artsy look and feel. The graphics are still top notch, and the core Forza experience is still evident. I like the funky edge the soundtrack has, I like the genre's of music so that was a plus.. but you can turn it off.... The user interface in the upgrade and paint shops is starkly different than the franchise from FM3 - on. I would surmise with the abundance of Fantasy tracks, that MS had not secured the deals to include others that are now common place, but those tracks are just as challenging as any real track. The real tracks that are included are true to the Forza "as it is" portrayal so having played the rest I was fascinated by the differences almost 10 years shows.. The Cars.... are just as awesome as they are now, though the cockpit view is simply begins at the windshield with a cool large speedo/gauges HUD at the middle bottom [Why'd they ditch that!] I have to say, I don't get the Turn 10/MS mentality on game and console life spans, because many, like me still fire up the old consoles to play games and I'd keep A++ games like this at the forefront of the franchise offerings. Instead, they cut the "community" aspects of the games off and put them on a back shelf [seriously, what harm is it to make space on some server somewhere to keep the fun alive and content available!] Sadly, the Auction House, Car Gifting, and other Upload/Sharing options are NOT available. I have found others still running games from their own consoles, and if your on xbl and have other Forza titles, look me up at "WIlls944" I'm in and out of all the titles and always looking to race! This is truly a game to have AND enjoy. If you do not like the jerky odd physics of say the "NFS" [Need for Speed] games and those of that type, Forza is for You

Forza Motor Sports 2
Well I think someone stoled this idea from Gran Turismo. Which I have been saying for years. Someone else should do a game like Gran Turismo. If I didn't know better I would think I was playing Gran Turismo. And since Sony won't publish Gran Turismo on any other systems except the play station. This game is great. I knew I would love it when I bought it. Although it lacks one thing. Since you can level your driver up, you should beable to have a switch to turn on death for a driver incase you crash your car so bad it kills you. Laughing I mean I have gotten so mad at the computer for running me off the road I have turned around and smashed every computer car. Hey it lets you vent. Always fun to watch car parts go everywhere. And hey if you are quick enough you can catch the collision in a picture. Anyways this is an awesome game. If you have a Xbox 360, buy it. You'll be so addicted. I even started over in the other two regions just to see what cars they give you when you level up. Oh one thing that does differ from Gran Turismo is the cars you win are only worth a 100 dollars, but who cares. That just means you have to go race more to get better cars. Okay I am rambling now. Perfect for anyone to play!
This game is the best racing game i have played. I really liked GT3 and even 4. But this game along with its predecessor are better in a lot of ways. Even if you are not an experienced player when it comes to racing games, you will catch on quit the game allows you to learn at your own pace witch in the end makes it more fun for everyone. The customizing and upgrading have improved from the first game. It really is a challenge for experienced players and a breeze for newbies both at the same time. But if you like racing games any at all then buy this you wont be disappointed.

wrong region
The disc could not play due to wrong region but it was not specified in the product specifications. Useless to me. Had to throw it away.

Forza for the Next Generation...just as you'd expect!
I will keep this short because it will say pretty much what the rest do...great graphics, deep gameplay, and wonderful number of cars (although I could personally do with a few less of the "reward" cars you earn). If you played Forza on the original X Box, this game will seem VERY familiar. In fact, most of the tracks are the same. There are quite a few more cars this time around, and the variety DOES ensure there's one or two in there for everyone. Overall...if you are a car nut, DEFINITELY pick this game up. If you are just looking for a racer...I'd still say the Need for Speed series is your best bet (I received "Most Wanted" free when I bought my 360, and I'd honestly say it's still more fun to play) With that said...there are MANY more things to love than to hate in Forza...you can't go wrong!

Great buy! Great condition! Great game!
Great buy! I bought it because...well, I wanted it and because I had the money to. But it was totally worth it. I bought it used and was very happy with the condition it was in when I received it. I had played the game before but I had borrowed it from a friend a few years ago and so I thought I would purchase my own now and it was very worth it.

Loads of fun without the online stress
This game is one of the old-fashioned ones that I miss dearly. Where it is not only online based and focuses mainly on single player fun. The only current issue I have with this is that the online auction house is desolate of auctions. Unfortunately, this game is number 2 in a franchise that has released a 4th game but that doesn't mean the game is not a good experience and the great thing is the learning curve is adjustable. The more you practice and get better the more you can increase the difficulty which even affects payouts from races. I would recommend this game.
