Body is sore, third day
Yesterday was my second day using. Today will be my third. My plan is to jump rope 10 mins a day everyday. And let me tell ya, my body is sore! It feels like I lifted weights all over my body! It’s challenging at first so, yes I do little stops in between but I can tell the more I use the better my stability. I’m sure I’ll be able to jump the full 10 mins without breaks and get use to it. I love it and I can feel it does what it says! Great thing is I can travel with it and workout anywhere. Is thicke and the grip it’s bad, I’ll recommend using the weight lifting gloves if your hands are heavy sweaters. BUY IT!
