The torch is excellent. The first hose nearly ruptured the first use. The manufacturer reached out and sent a replacement torch and hose. No issues so far.

Don’t worry if you have a problem because customer service will honor warranty for 3 years!

This is a good product but does not do the job I was hoping it would do. Not enough of a flame. I would not buy it again, it would take me several days to do the project I wanted to use it for. Weed burning!!

I bought the similar model without the igniter while I waited for the delivery of this model. When this item arrived I found igniter not to function. So it went back in the box and I continue to use the simpler model without the igniter and carry a lighter. It’s a great tool but this feature not working was a disappointment.Furthermore, I ordered this on line and the harbor freight system only showed the order as pending. I never knew the estimated shipping schedule. I had a project to handle so after waiting 2 weeks I bought the same tool without the igniter at a store and the very next day the tool arrived. It would be great if you could track the order and it’s shipping status.
