I wanted a cutting board that wouldn't leave knife cuts in it and so far this one is the best in that regard. Once the knife marks start, it makes it harder to clean and get rid of stains so I have high hopes for this one. I've used it everyday in the couple of days I had it and have positive adjectives to say about it so far. One has to get used to the fact that it folds but that's one thing I though I would like and of course do. It's kind of floppy on the drying rack but just a matter of getting used to that feature. Haven't put it in the dishwasher yet but have no reservations about doing so. I have good wood cutting boards for major veggie or meat cutting but for everyday use, this in the one.

Very nice silicone cutting board that doesn't dull knives and after repeated uses over several months time we have yet to see a scratch on it. It is nice having the silicone because it holds up well to daily wear and tear and it can even be cleaned in the dishwasher. Love this thing.

These are a nice weight and so flexible. I love they are colored differently. For me, red is used for anything meat and green for vegetables. Easy to clean and I like the little hook at the top to hang.

I order a set of the large and small mats a few months ago. They are great! I really like using them and will be ordering more for Christmas gifts. They are a lot thicker than I thought they would be. I highly recommend them.

We need to keep plastics out of our food. A silicone cutting board is safer, heat resistant and can be washed in the dishwasher. They may be better for keeping knives sharp. They last a long time.
