Super clean
This mop leaves the floor super clean and gets the job done. No hassle, it’s quick to heat up too. It’s lightweight, possibly lighter than a traditional mop.I like that there’s no waste. You can wash the mop head over and over and keep reusing it.You can use as a handheld device, which I used to clean a super scaley shower head. It did a brilliant job and saved replacing it. I also have used the small brush between tiles which worked well. There’s an upholstery attachment which I haven’t used yet.You don’t use detergent with it, but I usually splash some floor cleaner on the floor to make it smell good.Great product overall and I would recommend.

Incorrect power plug for Australia
This is a product from the UK, why was it dispatched to Australia with a UK power plug, it is useless to me.The plug has an inbuilt fuse not used in Australia so I can’t replace the plug.I wish to return the unit, Roger Blick

Good product
Arrived on time(thank you amazon). Used it once so far good. Let's see how long it will last. Tried three different make n after few moths the stopped working. Let's hope this will last long.

great but needed more than 1 cleaning head
Great at what it does floors look spotless but could have done with 2 cleaning heads to be fair. All in all excellent Vax quality as normal and easy to use
