Village Candle Christmas Spice, Large Glass Apothecary Jar Scented Candle, 21.25 oz, Red

I accidentally ordered the Village Candle because they are packaged exactly like a very famous candle YC. I was upset at first but I figured I can deal with one then I’ll order my other famously known candle next time. WOW! I am so happy for lucky accidents. The Village candle uses wood wick so there is no lead or black soot when burning, in turn I’m not breathing all that poison. Second, the Village candle uses 2 wicks which help burn evenly and no wasted half-inch of wax as in my other famous candle. I included a photo so you can see the difference. Also, a huge plus is that Village Candle is made in Maine, USA and I love supporting American companies. As far as burn time, my Village Candle burned about 4 hours more than its competitor. The scent? Fabulous and fresh. Cinnamon smells like a jar of real cinnamon and the crisp apples smells like I’m sitting in the middle of the orchard. I will never go back to the other candles. Oh and it’s cheaper too!!! Thank God for happy accidents. I subscribed and got a further discount so I can keep my house smelling fresh and clean for those unexpected guests!!! Highly recommend. I read some negative reviews and I wanted to make sure to say, go directly to the Village Candle Store on Amazon. There are some companies manufacturing counterfeit candles outside the USA but looks just like the ones directly from Village Candle Store but they are not. So, if you tried to save a dollar and went with a different company, you probably got the counterfeit waxy or mild smelling candles.

Awesome candle that has a great scent that last through the entire candle. It has a nice long burn time if you trim the wick after each use keeping it short. The candle does not have a waxy smell when in use like some candles do. They are a bit pricy compared to other cheaper candles but or well worth it.

I have different scents for different rooms. This is my living room scent - fruity and spicy. Lasts a good, long time. Great candle.

Doesn't smell enough. A little disappointing. You can smell it if you walk past it. Bought for Christmas gifts. Will stick with Yankee.

Worst candle ever I bought 4 and lit 3 only to have my home smell like burnt wax... either I box up and pay for shipping or go to the worst neighborhood to drop off so 4 x $17.99 I'm truly screwed!!!! Never Ever will i buy candles from Amazon !!!! Got a Papa jar also and it also was awful !!!! They are supposed to give me a refund ,we will see . Ordered Slakin from QVC and they are tru to smell and burn excellent Order from them

I like this brand much better than Yankee. However, the scents are hit or miss. Christmas Spice smells like burnt paper. I actually thought something in my house was on fire. Eucalyptus smells wonderful. Vanilla is great for the bathroom. The candles burn well and slow.

Really love this candle! If you like spiced wooden smells this ones for you. Doesnt scream christmas but is a good autumn / winter scent

I’m on a mission to find an even burning candle that doesn’t tunnel (have tried many top brands) & so far my new Village Candle is doing a great job. I’m up to about it’s 5th burn & it’s going great. I like a good flame size, an even burn & excellent scent (very Christmassy)… it has all of those & more. Also l do love a candle with a lid.
