Superb Product Enabling Guitar Players to "Cut the Cord" While Maintaining Excellent Sound Quality
I own eight acoustic electric guitars and try to play each of them as often as possible. Up until recently, even though they are acoustic electrics, I rarely plugged them into my amplifier, not wanting to have to deal with the hassle of the cord.Enter the BrianFay WIreless Guitar System. This thing is amazing. It consits of two "lollipop" sticks which fit into recessed areas of a rechargable charging case. Also included is a USB C cord/adapter. One of the "lollipop" sticks plugs into your guitar where a cord would normally plug in. The other plugs into your amplifer where a cord would normally plug in. There is an on/off button on each stick that one presses, and presto, the connection is made and you are able to play your acoustic guitar to your heart's desire fully amplified. One also is able to change the frequency of the sticks to overcome any interference that might exist from other wireless devices. This feature also would permit one to use multiple systems at the same time if you have two or more guitarists who want to play simultaneously. The sound quality produced by this system is excellent with no latency. I am in a split-level home, and I can walk hundreds of feet from the amplifier with no degradation in the qualit or loss of the sound coming out of the amplifier. The lollipop sticks re-charge when you place them in the case. And the charging case lasts for days without needing to be re-charged.All of my guitars have input jacks on the bottom, and my one complaint about the system is the form factor of the lollipop sticks (more precisely, the length of the stick) makes it impossible for me to sit my guitar down into my guitar stand when I want or need to take a break from playing without first unplugging the lollipop stick from the guitar. I understand that this problem might be able to be overcome by using a right angle guitar cable adapter. I will be looking into that shortly. One last point about the BrianFay Wireless Guitar System is the industrial design of the product, which is excellent. It has a minimalist style about it that shouts quality. The case is a made of a sleek, smooth, black metal that has heft to it.I would highly recommend this system to anyone who wants to free himself or herself from the hassles of having to be connected by cord to their guitar amplifier.

You won't regret it
I'd never heard of BrianFay. Something about the "Lollipop" name and look seemed cool so I gave it a shot. I have a Strat, Ibenez S, Les Paul, and PRS. I have another wireless system that articulates the plug, which is great if the guitar has the cord port on the side of the instrument, but a little funky if it is in the front of the guitar. This guy plugs straight in, which is perfect for guitars that plug into the front. I also picked up the dongle, also by BrianFay, for the side port guitars I own to route the transmitter up my guitar strap (very nice touch). The quality on this thing feels premium. The charging dock is beefy and the materials feel solid. The dock has a battery and is the only way to charge the "lollipops" (transmitter/receiver). It takes a USB-C charger, which I have plenty of. The lollipops are simple to operate and support 5 different bands, assuming the rest of the band has these, too (ambitious of them, but nice touch).I don't play in a band, so I haven't walked around a stage with these. I have yet to test the range, but will update when I do.I plugged in my wireless system into a Boss Pocket-GT and I was off and running. Now I only have my headphone cord to worry about. The sound quality on the clean channel was great. No latency or interference. I also plugged in to my Marshal 80w amp and was equally impressed. I would recommend these as an upgrade for a very basic wireless system. You won't be disappointed.

Great Affordable Wireless
Before purchasing the BF1, I tried a couple of both Nux wireless systems that operate in the 2.4 GHz and 5.8 GHz. I ran into several interference issues and returned them. After receiving the Brian Fay lollipop wireless, I couldn’t be happier. Operating in the 860 - 900 MHz range, the saturation of everyone’s WiFi network is no longer a concern. Additionally, you can select from 5 channels to further reduce interference issues or have multiple wireless in the same area. The battery life is excellent on both the transmitter and receiver. After a 2 1/2 hour rehearsal, both sticks showed nearly full charge.Having the BF1 which includes the charging case is an excellent feature as well. Just drop the sticks in the case and they power off and start charging.Latency is very low and I honestly did not feel any latency. I can also say with the BF1 system, I did not experience as much gain loss as I did with the Nux wireless. If you’re looking for guitar wireless on a budget, I recommend give the BF1 a try.

Exceptional Clarity
First thing I made sure the lollipops were fully charged. Set up is turning on both lollipops and they paired quickly. Testing was done with a Fender Strat, PRS custom, and a Martin Acoustic; each guitar sounded like using a cable. The under 0.3ms delay is not detectable by me. I ran it through the native instruments Guitar Rig Pro plug-in without using any distortion settings for most testing. I wanted to hear the clarity of this wireless device. This is the best wireless guitar device I have used. Distance around the home is good at 50 feet. Staying connected through walls had no issues. I kept it connected for 30 minutes with no in/out fading whatsoever. I have one other guitar wireless device that I kept connected to see if it caused any interference and it didn't.The charging base is a work of art. I connected it to a 5V/2.1 amp USB charger. I have some expensive high quality guitar cables and they still have some noise. After using the Brian Fay system, the guitar cable for me will not be used much if at all. The charging system holds a lot of spare power and must have a huge reserve battery. Both the red lights on the lollipops will go out once charged and only light up again if they need a small update. The people behind designing this system have done excellent work. The company customer service is fast. The manual is easy to understand. Well-deserving of 5 stars!
