Over-kill makes nice tools. This is good tinned fine stranded wire with quality silicone insulation. Five-star stuff, without buying some expensive large quantity minimum from a high-end wire manufacturer.

I'm reworking all the interior and exterior electrical wiring, relay's, connections (body grounds as well) on my 1994 GMC K-2500, the original wire did a good service for the 25 years it has been used. I'm disabled and refuse to pay $50,000 for a new truck (it wouldn't run as well as my 1994 anyway) I was hesitant about this brand or wire, but I thought (I'm not supposed to do that) I would give them a chance thanks to the reviews. I was Extremely Pleased at the High Quality of this "Real Copper" wire, not aluminum w/ coated- COPPER !, tinned very well, the silicone insulation is real industrial grade silicone. I run all my wire inside of braided nylon sheathing and securely fasten it every 24", using adhesive lined shrink tubing over all connections- works very well with this wire, it is easy to form for tight turns, lays straight once laid out, soders excellently (the top notch tinning helps there), I now have several hundred feet of 18, 16, 14 and 12 gauge of this VERY High Quality wire (It will be used on my solar system as well now) Thanks again Amazon for another "Top Quality, First Class" product that I can have delivered to my door, 90 miles from town, AND Thanks to everyone who takes the time to review the items we all could benefit from knowing better what the strong and weak points are

What I received was exactly what I ordered (14 gauge stranded/tinned copper - one red, one black, each 20 feet long.) So the seller is definitely honest & reputable. I have not used this wire yet but I can already tell that it will work perfectly in the project I ordered it for. The jackets are both very supple...smooth...and the wire bends easily & nicely. So, if you have to snake it through a small opening (as I do) you should not have too many problems. I can definitely recommend this product without actually using it. I don't know where it was made (since that is not indicated on the label) - but if it is typical Chinese origin at least it is good quality Chinese material

Various reviewers of various of those who offer wire via Amazon have observed they were not getting what was advertised. That the wire (from other vendors) was not honestly fully the proper gauge (that it was a smaller diameter wire than claimed), or that its quality was in one way or another respect inferior. I'm happy to report that the three spools of BNTECHGO 14 ga wire I just bought were an outstanding product, that met and even exceeded my expectations when I ordered the wire. This was CLEARLY fully 14 ga wire... I checked. It is composed of a huge number of tiny diameter strands, making it exceptionally flexible... especially for such large gauge wire. All the strands are tinned. The insulation is robust, but highly flexible as well. I recommend this wire without reserve or hesitation. The only problem you might have with it is, if you do NOT want the wire to be extremely flexible, THEN you might want to think twice about ordering this wire.

Bought this when replacing the heating element on my smoker. Worked perfectly. Didn't have to buy 300 feet of it. Just a small amount, and the 2 colors on 1 spool was nice. Recommend to anyone.
