Works well and has a long range. Comparable to Voyager Legend
I got this to replace a Plantronics Voyager Legend I washed by accident (The mike stopped working but the speaker and battery are still good).I was looking for something cheaper so if i lost or ruined it, it wouldnt be such a setback.I'm impressed with the battery and the case that can charge it.I work at a restaurant and often need to be on the phone with providers/customers while typing or preparing food etc so I need a working mic and speaker. When not on the phone i listen to podcasts etc while doing physical work. The range on this is good. If I leave my phone to charge i can be 50 feet away in some cases and still get a signal for listening. The button to start and stop audio usually works with my different applications. Thought it is sensitive and it can be set off if i brush my hair behind my ear or touch it with my arm and not finger. The "Power On/Off" it says when you hold the button is a bit quiet and not always audible in a noisy setting. It also has sometimes turned itself on when being put in or taken out of the charging case. battery life is decent and the case charger helps keep that up even when im not around power.I like to put it in the case when i am done with work for the day so it is bigger and heavier and thus harder for me to lose.As far a mic quality some people have had a hard time hearing me but most do not so im satisfied with it there but i know it is not as good at noise cancelation as my old Legend.Because I like having a hard button I liked the Legend's power on / off that was marked with a color on the button so you knew it was off.I have to say that it is a bit smoother with the connection to devices than the Legend was.For the money it is a good deal and i believe most will be happy with it.

Good, just not for me...
This is a really nice Bluetooth, I like the fact that it comes with its own carrying case that can be charged while inside of it. The battery life is really good and good clear sound. But, this set is just not working for me. I had a Scinex glite before this and it lasted me over two years and I miss using that one. I don't like the actual little rubber earpiece on this set where I prefer the one on my previous piece. So, even though I am leaving a 5-Star rating because this unit really is nice, but it just doesn't work for me, so I'll be returning this one and I found the Scinex on Ebay and will just order that instead. So anyone wondering about this nice Bluetooth headset, I really liked the carrying case it comes with and the fact the earpiece itself will charge while inside of the case, just make sure you plug in the USB-C into the case and you're good to go.Update: 4/28/22I forgot to mention also, one of the other reason I am returning this is because when receiving a call, it does not say the phone number as this is an important feature for me. I drive a 22yr old truck with no fancy things in it, hearing the phone number prevents me from having to grab my phone and look to see who's calling. This way, it's safer and I'm not driving with the phone in my hand.Hope this helps...

Very Good - Works as Advertised
I wish I could give this earpiece 5 stars because it does everything they said it would. I'm taking away a star because its a little uncomfortable for me after an hour or so. No other complaints - but that's a biggie. It has long range. I've connected it to both my laptop and my iphone - no issues. I can hear everyone clearly, and have been told that I sound as if I'm in the room with people on conference calls. It answers and disconnect calls by tapping the button. It can call back the last dialed number (not sure what I'm doing to make it do that ... so that is annoying, but it doesn't happen that often). Its a wonderful little device - just wished it fit me better. But hey, not all ears are alike. Maybe it won't be so uncomfortable for others. I think my ears are pretty typical, though.Oh - there is one other thing that I've noticed. Somehow, it plays music from my library on my iphone. I'm not sure how or why that happens. Maybe I inadvertently hit a button on the earpiece. I don't really mind that too much, but I don't know how to turn it off with the earpiece. I have to do that from the pone.

Sound quality is very good. Other features need work
The sound quality on this headset is very good. And while I only made a few calls on it, the other side seemed to have no issue understanding me at all, so I have to assume the microphone was working well. The construction seems solid. Manipulating the ear hook, it did seem flimsy, or about to break, etc. So build quality is good.So why the 3 stars?- The headset is not very comfortable. I adjusted it several times, and changed ear buds, and got it acceptable (maybe a 6/10), but still knew it was there. But, this could also just be a personal thing, your ears may be shaped differently- The main button is temperamental. Some times you are touching/pressing it, and it does nothing. Other times, you barely brush it, and it engages the button. I hung up on several calls, because phone would ring, I would pick up the headset off my desk, and bump the "button" lightly a couple times while putting it on (thereby answering and hanging up, and once redialing!). The volume controls are actual buttons, and they work fine. But the main one - it needs to be a real button as well.- The voice. Oh my. The "on", "off", etc messages from the headset - it sounds like a child. As in a 3-4 year old child. I could understand the touch button during design meetings - the end result is not a good thing, but the idea does seem like it could be reasonable. But this voice? Nobody who thought this was a good voice should ever make a decision again.
