Well made..
Well made installed it 3 days ago..works good. I also installed a Pressure Reducer from Lowes to keep the pressure at 30 psi. to help the valve shut off, not that it is needed, but just to help it out .. The valve does not come with a float but I had a 5" round float that I used..

Prices are what they are
Went to three hardware stores and nobody cares these anymore. I needed to replace my 10 year old valve I was using in my cattle trough. Price seems high, but with the price of lead free brass plumbing parts, it is in line with current prices. Worked fine.

works great
have this valve in my offgrid home water tank. After using all the cheap plastic ones, this one is WAY better. positive shutoff when full (has rubber washer in seat), and arm is fully adjustable. So far so good. we'll see how long it lasts. ill keep this review updated if I run into any issues.

Leaks at valve slide
Leaks at slide plunger mechanism. Having to replace after a month of service. Probably not a problem if used inside a tank were water will be added anyways. For my application it is on the outside of tank and floods the floor.

Perfect replacement
I have a small pond & waterfall in my Arizona backyard. It has water auto-pilot, but it began running constantly overfilling the pond. My landscaper built it 10 years ago and I found that the brass fitting had corroded. I cleaned it, but the problem continued. This was a perfect replacement and the problem is now fixed.

Sturdy construction
The valve is sturdy and seems it will work for a long time. However it was leaking when used with the 3" rod and the Kerich float PF-244. The assy does not provide enough shut off force for my house water pressure. I attached an old float to the new one and the leak is stopped.
